Happened like 2 hours ago actually.
Bucks get Charlie Villanueva and Toronto gets TJ Ford

At first, I hated Charlie V, but as he progressed into the season, I noticed he had some potential and enjoyed watching him play more. Not too fond of this trade myself...

Im down for this...CV is a good player.
TJ is pretty explosive but his height is still a factor. Bucks should be a pretty decent team next year:)

Wow, im surprised they traded a potentially great player like Charlie. He had the height, shot (inconsistent), and potential and they just got TJ Ford. Ford is good, but i think they should have tried another trade. Charlie put up 48 last year as a rookie! Give him some credit.

If TJ Ford stays healthy, this will benefit Toronto.
If he doesn't, this trade will benefit Milwaukee.
Captain Obvious out.

I think it benefits Milwaukee no matter what. They get a player with a bigger upside plus they are getting cash considerations.
I think Toronto thought they were trading for Michael Redd..hehe.

Toronto, like Portland, just doesn't "get it". Great move for the Bucks, as this will definately benefit Bogut

I agree, CV will thrive with Bogut. Ford hasn't proven much to anyone yet. Looks like the Bucks got a better deal on this one.

I have heard of TJ Ford, but don't really know much about him. Being from Toronto, I am somewhat of a Raptors fan, but I sorta gave up on them. Is TJ Ford any good?

Yeah TJ Ford is pretty good, I think the Bucks benefited more from this trade... ALTHOUGH, I think if Ford stays healthy and improves (I really feel his potential) I think it will benefit Toronto because they need a more stable team.
You can't hate Ford, he's a so/so playmaker and a so/so shooter, so he's got all around solid talent. Plus he can dunk, you don't see Chauncey doing that, now do you?
Bargnani will need a good point guard (PLAY MAKER) to get good looks with. And from watching his footage, I think he will thrive with that inplace.

bottom line, we needed a pass first explosive pg, and we got it. its great that bosh and ford are like best friends, the connections will be awesome. what people forget is CV was a terrible defender on the perimeter, tj can help out. with a front line of bosh, ford, bargnani, nesterovic, <rotating 4th> raptors have a much better improved team.

I think Toronto could use a couple more big men. TJ Ford is great, but this is a big mans game.
