In the middle of the song Bawitdaba by Kid Rock (is that what it's called? i heard it on the radio yesterday) there's a guitar riff that sounds a lot like one of Dime's riffs...but I can't for the life of me figure out what it's sampled from..does anyone know?

I know what you're talking about, and everytime I hear it it seem's vaugely familiar and I think of another song... But im stuck where you are too.

I'm pretty sure he sampled "Battery" by Metallica in that song.

Yeah, I thought it was Battery that was sampled in this song, even if the riffs do sound of a similar style to Pantera's.

Yeah, umm Kid Rock is like a Metallica-sampling-whore. He's used several Metallica riffs in his songs. He uses Skynard riffs too. What a pussy.

yes, because sampling is bullshit. if i want to hear a song, i'll listen to it. i dont need some faggot ass retard blurting out idiotic rhymes to the tune, i can listen to the original just fine

700th post just to say that sampling is plagiarism and it's for unoriginal cocksuckers without the creativity to make their own music.

Sampling rock and other types of songs is fucking annoying cause it shows how not creative they are, it's like a band only playing covers and fucking butchering the song
Like the crazy train by those black people, man that pissed me off, especially since they played the intro over and over and I kept expecting the next riff to come along... and it never did
