What do you think is the coolest car from the show on MTV pimp my ride? Mine is the one that started out as a yellow pick-up and turned into thhat blue car with the back that pops open into a little tv corner thing. the luv machine they called it. that one was awesome.

The trans am was pretty sweet, except for the makeup case in the back. Whose gonna do up their face in the middle of a parking lot anyway? But the 20" chomes and the speakers, vaio and the phoenix were hella cool.

i like the last car they did...well truck. The '71 chevy Luv....there was nothing gay about the truck, it had a bad ass system, cool as shit bed cover, and bad ass bed. I seriously was like in shock at how bad ass it was......

did you see that weak ass brakestand they did in the beginning? the engine of that car needed help and if it doesnt get it soon there will be a transam worth maybe a couple thousand after the mods they did not even runing.

Yep, pretty much. GP and I are actually first cousins in addition to being buddies, and we're both tight with our other roomie, who is also named Becky :D

But back to the topic at hand, I really like the VW bug that they did, with the suicide doors. I'm not usually a big fan of those, but it looked really good on that car. But once, just once, I'd love to see them install air bag suspension on something. Give the people something to drag, please!!! ;)

Youll know people quickly learned they could fuck up there own cars just as easy with a can of spray pain

speaking as a painter myself the paint on these jobs are horrible. if you look close the overspray is everywhere, the dont paint all the way down to bottom of car and under they dont edge in fenders and under hood an firewall they dont even paint jams on some. I am not sure why they do this on national tv but its bad. its sloppy work

Anyone seen the episode with the 65 mustang? They made the headboard out of plywood and painted it with oil based paints. Now that's some quality stuff :p

Yeah that was nice, but instead of PAINTING flames, they put a great big sticker over it!!!!!!! WTF?? That just pissed me off. Why the hell would they cover a whole fucking car with sticker? I'm sure nolowryder noticed that too. They overuse vinyl graphics entirely too much. Of course they finally did lower something a little, so I was pretty proud to see that.

the ideas they have are really cool most of em but they just make it look ok and leave it alone. but when you can see so many flaws in paint on tv u really have a problem. the worst part is they are giving there shop a bad rep im a painter and we all talk about it with other shops and rag on them

None of them are good. They all look fucking HIDEOUS, actually. The things are "pimped up" with enough new "high-tech" equipment that the owner could cash the shit in and go out and buy a car that's 20 times better than the piece of shit that West Coast Customs painted for them. I heard one guy say that they'd put almost $30,000 worth of work and new equipment into that car (I may have been dreaming...correct me if I'm wrong). Are you fucking kidding me?! I could have the nicest car in town with 30,000 bucks!


Not to mention, who the FUCK wants to be seen driving around in a lemon-yellow car with a ping-pong table flying out the back? Some of theit modifications are creative (the waterfalls, etc.), but they just seem to drop them in there and don't do anything to spruce them up at all. They all just look...bare.

I also LOVE how those little zit-faces ask "X-to-tha-Z, X-Zibit!!!" to pimp their ride...newsflash, kiddies: the last time he touches that car is when he drives the piece of shit down the road for extra footage. :rolleyes:
