From that height, if you land "crooked" in the water, i.e., not head first or not feet first straight in, you can injure your back from that height.. badly.

i wish i had somewhere like that to swim this summer. its been hot as balls all summer long!!! shit, all these videos of pond jumps and such make me jealous of the wicked spots to go swimming people have. maybe i should just get off my ass and go swimming. lol sweet video though

I've jumped off a pier a few times (3 times to be exact). It's about 45 feet high. The feeling your stomach gets is insane like you've never felt before. That bridge looks a lot higher, and even just landing a bit wrong from 45 feet hurts a lot. I actually have photos from jumping off this year at Jr Lifeguarding.
