she should have had an abortion anyways- she is 16 for christs sake! i mean he is scum- but they are waaay too young anyoleways. She is 16 and should not be having sex. She could have had an abortion but chose not to. Therefor she wanted to keep the child. Therefor what he did was murder.
This should be a good test case. Although the law is hypocritical, being that a baby is a person - if its wanted, its a good middle ground. No one can honestly say that a pregnant mother with intent to deliver their child cant complain about their baby/fetus being killed beyond the injury to the mother.

Regardless of the mother's age, regardless of whether or not the babies were wanted, this man should burn for this. The young woman could have been against abortion and chose to have her babies and give them up for adoption. Perhaps she didn't want to be a mother, but she was anyway. It didn't matter the reasons behind this young girl carrying the twins to full term, the fact of the matter is that this guy went over the edge. Not only did he kill his children, he assaulted a young woman, which unless the laws have changed, is still a chargeable offense.

Regardless of her age, (And I agree about being too young to be parents) she had the right to give birth if she wanted to. She even had the right to keep the babies. Regardless of what the father thinks. He can or cannot support her, depending on his personal convictions but neither he nor anyone else had any right to decide for her whether or not she would give birth to these children. Bottom line.

Who are you to say that, "she should have had an abortion"? So what if she is 16? It's her business if she decided to carry to term or not. Not yours nor anyone's. That was just a cold statement. Just because a 16 year old gets knocked up doesn't mean she can't be a good parent. A lot of teenagers make mistakes. Whether she learns from it or not, it's her buisness.
I will agree they were waaay too young anyoleways, but how old were you when you started having sex? Teenagers can't be told anything. They have to find out the hard way.

Her actions affect those around her, therefor it isn't just "her business."

That dude deserves whatever he gets coming his way...although I don't believe in the death penalty...always thought punishing a death with a death was a bit hypocritical. But back on topic...
Science hasn't, and probably never will, prooved when life actually begins. With the first breath? At conseption? When brain waves form? When the heart begins beating? Because of this, I think we have a responsibility to unborn fetus' on the basis that we MIGHT be killing them.
I'm personally against abortions, but I think people who need to have them should be able, though I wish it could be kept to the absolute minimum...but in this case, the girl hadn't opted for the abortion, and was robbed of her unborn children. He knew she was pregnant, he abused her...his only defense may be that he didn't intend to kill the twins, but I think he had a responsibility to know not to hit a pregnant woman in the stomach. I hope he spends a long time in jail as a lesson to other would be abusers of pregnant women...

heh its funny how the tables turn
for every action there is a reaction
when you kill, you die.
I honestly dont understand the sex craze of the youth.
my friends middle school has "parties" where people dry hump and do anything but sex simply beacuse of the risk, BUT HONESTLY! what the hell is the big friggin deal! sure the girls in my school are hot but I dont find myself only a sophomore, Dry humping every vixen that comes my way like my peers...mabey im desensitized but now, I rarely get turned on to the extent of commiting adultry in my mind, I just dont care. Too busy perhaps..

I agree that sick minded people like that should be sent to death row, along with rapists, child murderers/ rapists, some general murderers, etc.
