I've been meaning to get their new cd, I have some of their old stuff. Looks like they're gaining more popularity though. I've actually heard a of song of their's on the radio. I believe they're doing lahapalooza tour as well.

"ocean breathes salty" is my favorite song on the new album. "float on" is the single/video that is played on mtv now. It was cute the first 1000 times I heard it.

I like modest mouse's new and old stuff. Float on was good untill it got played out.

Modest Mouse's new CD is quite good, it doesn't do justice to some of their old stuff (Lonesome Crowded West is god) but great nonetheless. Luckilly I've sworn of radio so Float On isn't ruined for me. I'd say the best song on there is The View.
