A new series of topgear started tonight in the UK and my respect for the the lotus Exige (elise's big bro) has soared!
1800cc engine. 149mph, 0-60 in 4.9.
They had it racing around a track with an Apache chopper trying to get missile lock on it. The Apache failed, it didnt have a chance. The Exige is the best handleing car in the world, it was like an elephant chasing a fly or somthing. In real life the Apache woulda tore it in half with its cannon. But still it was amazing to watch.
Then they tested it around the topgear track. It was the 6th fastest car they have tested. Faster than the Porsche GT3.
Feckin amazing car.
They also raced the Aston Martin DB9 from the UK to south france. VS the french TGV high speed train (186mph)
Guess who got to the destination first. The Aston :D
