So, is it good? I was going to see it, but it was sold out. Whats your view on it?
it was mildly entertaining but not great. I wouldn't pay 8$ to see it.

Not the greatest movie i've ever seen, lots of action though which is always a plus.

I was watching the previews...and although, I'm a sucker for Kate Beckinsdale...the more I watched the previews...the more I thought that they just had leftover special effects from that Extraordinary Gentlemen movie and Underworld and threw in Hugh Jackman and voila...Van Helsing...I'll probably rent it.

the cgi and character design is pretty good! wolfman looks pretty cool! i say the story is really simple but the action is pretty fun to watch. If u like 'The Mummy' or Mummy 2, you will most proberly enjoy this movie, since its same director i think.

Entertaining, and good effects...but nothing really that special in the story line. Worth seeing on the big screen for the action, but I'd hit a matinee, cause it isn't worth the $8.

I saw it last weekend. It was 'okay', but it wasn't what I was expecting. It wasn't as scarey or gorey as I thought it was. Had some corney lines in it. The make up and special effects were good. I was just wanting to see something more scarey that's all. It was a bit of a disappointment. Hugh Jackman was a babe in it though. I think it could have been done a whole lot better to appease horror fans, like me. This was bit of a scarey family movie, but that's probably what their goal was.

Yea I was hoping this was gonna be good but after I heard the one line off the preview "hes the first one to kill a vampire in 150 years i'd say that earns him a drink" I feared the whole movie would be that bad so I stayed away.
