Ive just had my pc formatted. Previously, windows would not remember stuff i search for in google for example, now it does. How do i turn it off?
Also my font size/display properties are all over the place, whats the default size?

Right click the Internet Explorer it's the blue "E" on your desktop, near the bottom chose: "clear history" . In the days to keep history option, change it from the default value of 20 days to 0.

This all really depends on you video card and monitor. Not knowing what you have, there's really no way for me to advise you on this.
I keep my screen resolution at 1024 X 768, 32 bit, and my monitor at 85 hertz.

Thanks, appreciated dude. Think ive sorted it. Just one other problem i have. Before formatting, i had windows media player 11. Now, i have only the original, & it wont play video files. I get sound but no picture? I tried d/l WM 11 but says i need windows key?

WMP 11 hasn't releasted to the general public yet. Down load WMP 9 or 10
from the Micro$haft site.

I had service pk 2 but since re-installing Windows, its all original like when i bought it. Looks like i should have saved some stuff to disk.

Download a media player called "DivX" and play your files in that.
It'll get you sound and picture :).

Please give some more info as to what the problem is. Do you have the "Goolge Toolbar" installed?
What "OS" are you running including the service pack.
