Recently, while searching the internet, I came upon a really fun game that has kept me entertained for hours!

The game is called Tribes, you can download it at:

You will need the 1.8 to 1.11 patch. You can find that here:

Now, about the game: Tribes is a completely free, futuristic first person shooter, who gained high marks from IGN, Gamespot TV(With Adam Sessler), and many other services. At it's peak, Tribes had 10 times more than Counter Strike, and 17 times more than Halo 2 does now! It's a very, very fun game. Please try it.

Also, the game already has ingame training!

Currently, Tribes gets almost 20,000 unique players a month.

NOTE: Since these graphical fixes made it look so much better, some computers may not be able to run it well.

Extract it to C:\Dynamix\Tribes\Config, and say yes to overwriting. Only do this after you've installed the patch!

It won't play right for me. It's real dodgy and can't even really walk..It's lagging or something. I know it's not my computer cuz I can play just about any game with my system.

Why yes it does, thats why I'm a little sketchy about this "gfx fix". The rest is peachy though.

One of the most fun games I've ever played!

That was from a gamespot forums, one post right at signup as well... CONSPIRACY. Also a post in the forums about having problems installing this "fix" right.
