The only way you can use an ipod as an external harddrive is for songs, and nothing else. You can't use it for game saves, videos, etc etc. There's a free download on the marketplace to place unprotected songs from your ipod, so that's it.

I believe that MIGHT be possible. You would have to hack the Ipod to make it a database of files, that way you will be able to use it as an external device.

Huh? Could you explain this process for me? and does it only work for ipods?

ya just can't. It doesn't have the software. That's why you have to have retarded video software to put the videos in mpeg-4s so your ipod can read it. It wouldnt be able to read video game code though.
edit: plus i think what the other guy was trying to say is that on the 360 marketplace they have their videos, demos, and other such things coded to block you from transferring them.

lol...32 mb is just what comes with the psp. Generally, people buy better. You can get 2 gig cards now. A 1 gig costs about 60 dollars.

The hard drive space you get with the premium is weak. I almost filled half of it and only own 3 games and rented like 2. Nothing to do with the thread but it pisses me off.

^^ Each harddrive coems with like a gig of videos, trailers, and shit, just delete a bunch of that shit
And what I mean with the software thing is that on the marketplace, there's a free download that lets you play unprotected songs from your ipod instead of only (insert standard format of songs). With this you don't have to convert the songs to whatever format.

idk about yours but when i got mine it started me out with 12 gigs so you probably have really used up 2 gigs of space so far with your games. the rest is used for backwards compatability and for all that music and video stuff.
edit: because now i own seven games and have beatin and saved like five and have 70+ hours on oblivion, and 4 demos and 12 cds and i still have about 10 gigs left.
