I'm getting kind of tired of music videos being turned into full length feature films like this new one from the Killers..

I don't think that it matters if the videos are long, I think it's more about the bands/songs just sucking. There are a lot of great songs that are rather long, but no one made music videos for them.

I'm sure there would be a lot of us who would love to see a Shine On You Crazy Diamond video.

yeah, but if we had that it would be lots of hallucinatory(ish) effects that you could just as easily watch on the visualizer in wmp or itunes (or winamp or what have you). Though it would kick ass to watch a music video on tv for 20ish minutes.

Nine Inch Nails' movie; "Broken" is awesome, as well as sick, twisted, and gory. It basically follows all of the songs (except "Last") from the Broken EP with music videos, all conformed into one 20 minute long film.

A lot of you have seen part of it already, the video for "Happiness In Slavery" is directly from that film, the film hasnt been released but you can find it if you search, it was on youtube last i checked but that was a while ago.
