The only instance Ive done that with successfully is with Tool's 10,000 Days album and playing Viginti Tres followed by Wings Of Marie in sync with 10,000 Days (Wings Pt. 2), sounds fucking amazing.

I used to do it a lot, but only because there was a Winamp plug in that would convert protected songs downloaded from Napster. I never really listened to them all at once though.
There is a CD by the Flaming Lips (it starts with a Z and I don't remember what it's called right now), it's a four CD set, and to get the full affect of the album, you have to listen to them all at once.

I've never done it on purpose well, but one time I was listening to a song (I went through my library and I still can't remember what it was) and Damnation of Regiumontum by Tvangeste started plpaying accidentally on something else. I didn't even realize it was playing at first and my reaction was just "wow this is some fucking amazing music..."

I played the songs "Everything In Its Right Place" and "Packt Like Sardines In A Crushd Tin Box" by Radiohead simultaneously. The effect was so good it had to have been intentional.

That sucked lol.
I heard of this band, I can't remember the name, but they released several CD's seperately as seperate albums. But they made it so if you played all their CD's simultaneously on different players, they blended together into one giant super CD. I wanna hear that shit, but I can't remember what the fuck the band's name is.

Could be. A friend of mine told me about the album but he's not a Flaming Lips fan at all, and he made it sound like the coolest album ever. So this might be it, but I'm not 100% sure.
Then again, how many albums like this can there possibly be?

I don't know, but it's the only one like it that I know of. I've never heard it though, so I don't know how good it is.
