Hey, love the forum.

My work league has a guy willing to trade Steve Smith for a WR that can currently play. He also says possibly a running back.

Here's my line up

Active:
Bledsoe, Drew QB DAL
Johnson, Larry RB KC
Dillon, Corey RB NE
Burress, Plaxico WR NYG
Fitzgerald, Larry WR
Heap, Todd TE BAL
Feely, Jay K NYG
Bears, DST DST CHI

Backup:
Grossman, Rex QB CHI
Horn, Joe WR NO
Brown, Chris RB TEN
Norwood, Jerious RB ATL
Edwards, Braylon WR CLE

If I were to make a trade who should I offer? I've been thinking of offering Corey Dillion or Plaxico. It's just a big risk with a possible great reward if Steve Smith can perform like last year. That is if he ever gets better.

Thanks

im thinking larry of plaxico.

larry has to split points with anquan, but plaxico is eli's biggest deep threat, meaning more yards and more touchdowns.

it's your call if you want to take the gamble with smith, but i think the chances of him playing well are pretty good.

I would try to trade Dillon. He's probably going to be splitting more and more time with Maroney.

I wouldn't trade Burress though. He's clearly Eli's guy, and he's going to catch some TDs.

Maybe trade Joe Horn or Braylon Edwards as well if he wants more than Dillon.

well, yeah, what he said. if you can get him to take dillon - great. i dont think it's likely, though.

Who would he have at RB then?

That drop is way too big for that and your WRs are fine. Dont risk so much just for steve smith.

I don't know. It's hard to know exactly what to do without knowing what the other guy has and who's availible for free agents.

I don't think it will happen either, but I think it's a good choice for him.
