Does anyone here like The Darkness. I think they're fucking amazing. Just wondered what people thought about them, especially people from America.

i'm from Newfoundland, Canada and i think they're the best band in the media spotlight right now.

they've got the old-school image and the talent to back it up


i expected the album to be really pussy but i was pleasantly surprised. i especially like "get your hands off of my woman"

while a lot of the songs are kinda slow, they're still really well written and significantly better than all the nu-metal garbage on the go

The Darkness are quite old now, but then again im in the UK. Their lead singer is up his own ass, he said something like "we're the greatest band ever" or similar, whatever he said it was blatent bull-shit. Their whole spandex thing is a little worrying. Some of their guitar riffs are okay.

the darkness is alright, i mean they had ''i believe in a thing called love'' and that was their big hit. The other songs on the cd are alright
