Can't see or hear soundboards

When i go to the soundboards all i see is a large clear box with a little white page in the top left corner of that clear box. What do i have to do to get the soundboards to work.

how old is your PC?

I am using Internet Explorer and my computer is only like a year and a half old.

go to www.cartoonnetwork.com and see if some of the flash games work

if you have a firewall that blocks scripts that could be a problem.
