I just really got into Lacrosse this season, and im gettin some new shit soon. The practices at our school go like this: First we throw around for about 10 minutes, then we all run 2.5 miles, then we run drills, and then we either scrimmage another team, or scrimmage amongst ourselves.
So the question is, anyone else play? What are your practices like? What kind of stuff you got?
