Well since the Dickburgh steelers paid off the refs and were not the better team at Super Bowl XL they were supposed to lose but the game was altered by the refs which lead to Seattle losing but they were legitametely the better team which would actually make the Steelers the superbowl losers. Which would give the Steelers the Super Bowl curse since they paid off the refs. Which all leads to Big Ben being one of the biggest choke artists in the game.

Childish ranting.

Shut the fuck up. The Seahwaks lost. I'm not a fan of the Steelers, but people like you make me hate the Seakawks. You can't say that the Seakawks played an awesome game, even without the questionable calls. If it had been the other way around, with the Seahawks winning with some questionable calls, you wouldn't be saying what you are right now.

Well not really, it's really starting to become a joke now with some of the people. I can only sit back and laugh to see the envious people out there pounce on the Steelers when they're down.

It's great to see it's Week 4 of the 2006 season and some "fans" are still bitching about it, I'm sure he doesnt realize that real, loyal fans have gotten over it and moved on. But they still feel the need to be envious and bitter  "Paid off the refs" that's my favorite one. You're a disgrace to all football fans and especially Seattle fans.

Anyway, I'm not having this discussion considering well, it's old news and it's been done and over with for a long time now. Way to still "drive" the issue and make yourself look more envious and bitter by making a seperate thread about it, toodles.

REAL fans never forget about a super bowl loss when it was as controversal as super bowl XL, bandwagon fans just go find the next big thing...

No, real fans dont go around claiming a team paid off the refs. And actually firmly believe in it, also considering it wasnt controversal at all, since the Seahawks made those penalties.

But again, this is fucking pointless considering this has been going on now for what, 7 months now? No ones opinion will change, especially after this topic has been discussed a little over 10 times now. But it's nice this "fan" was so witty and clever to bring it up now when the Steelers are struggling, how thoughtful. I'm done in this shithole.

No where in that article does it say that those 3 cities have the highest suicide rates. It's basically saying that their rates have gone up since the last time they did something like that.

Did I think there were some questionable calls in the SB?
Yes
Did the Seahawks deserve to win?
No, they played like shit.

Snowy

2 questionable calls negated 1 touchdown and a pass play that would have put the seahawks at the 1... 2 touchdowns = 14 points... seahakws 24 steelers 21

Your play shouldnt have to come down to a refs decision, you played like it was the fourth week of the Regular season.

Yes, put if Hines Ward didn't slip on grass in the third play of the game he would have been wide open!!!!!!!! And if Ben didn't play well in Febuary when the temperature outside was less than 55 degrees than he would have had two more TD passes!!!!!!! And if that one ref hadn't thrown the flag that he was calling against the seahawks but his hand slipped so he then didn't decide to throw it then seahawks would have never scored once!!!!!!!!

You get the point? Shut the fuck up on the pansy excuses.

If this is all so fucking pointless then why is ESPN still having editors write about it???? Who knows if they paid they refs??? You don't I don't we'll never know. Is it not possible tho??

Only dumbasses, aka Seakawk fans, are stupid enough to think that the Steelers paid the refs.
