View Full Version : Why is 98 and/or 2000 better?

I keep on hearing that 98 and 2000 are better for gaming then XP. Can anyone here tell me why?

They use less resources than XP, but Microsoft no longer supports them. So don't expect any security patches.

If you have a nice computer with atleast a gig of ram, the differences between XP and 98/2000 aren't even noticeable.

I've seen most games support 2000, but does any game not support it?
