Ability To Flame

Tell me if I am wrong...
I noticed that if you become the elite "premium user" you get the ability to flame with no ban, so if you pay $25 dollars you get to talk as much shit as you want to people. I am only bringing this up because I noticed a lot of the flamers on here are on the "premium plan"...

Am I correct in this assumption?
