i just like making them look silly rather than too many insults -. If i insult them early on in the call they just hang up. You've got to waste at least 2 or 3 minutes of their day haven't you?

It wasn't the greatest call as i was mostly just wanting to get him to tell me his real name, lol. He was buying it (for most of the call) - the 1st third of the call is missing as i didn't have time to hit record straight away.

I have a couple more calls on my hard disk - will upload them soon.

and using your logic the only thing gayer is surely just criticising others without contributing to the forum yourself? It is also quite gay to slag off soundboards in a soundboard forum - if you don't like soundboards make your own forum called the "prank calls but no soundbaords" forum.

I don't mind some constructive critisism of my calls, but you're just a troll.

Good call, I don't mind the call missing the beginning. If you are a perfectionist, you could provide a introduction to the call explaining what the situation is. It's not important, but something a radio station would do, but your provided a reason for everything. I'm glad you harassed him for his real name, his name is definately not "Justin", that is just silly. One time, I got 5 calls from India, offering me a free AT&T cell phone, the 4th and 5th time, I complained, I told them it was there 5th call about the same thing and stop calling. It is alot cheaper in India, to have telemarketing callers. Anway, a nice call. He was buying the soundboard, he doesn't know Americans speech style, he is a foriegner, he just hung up when he realized he wasn't getting anywhere or he got scared.

You had a good mix of sounding psycho and weird.
It sounds like you need a little bit more practice with the boards but overall great stuff you even came up with a new combo

first post updated. Does anyone else prank incoming telemarketers?

Yeah all the time :D i keep a speaker phone rite next to my computer for whenever they call. I usually encourage them to talk on for as long as possible by usin phrases like Great/Thats amazing/dont bullshit me etc, and at the end of it all just say 'No Deal' and begin messing them around.Catches them off guard every time :D I really need to start recording them but need to get sum recording software for my PC first. i'll hopefully post sum calls soon tho :)
