firefox 2.0 question

i remember that 1.x firefox tweak that speeds up your loading times, etc.

first of all, does that trick work with 2.0 (if anybody knows)

and can anybody give me that tweak

You can make old add-ons work with Firefox 2.0. You just have to make some changes to the .xpi file. I did this with Fasterfox and it works. So now I have Firefox 2.0 with a working Fasterfox add-on.
