ipod help

i have a friend and he has one of those ipod videos and he wants to put some videos on it...does anybody know what tyhpe of format must it be changed to and what program to use.....

Look for 3GP Converter (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=3gp+converter&btnG=Google+Search), easiest and best converter for it :)

i'd recommend videora (http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/), if 3GP doesn't work for you.
