burnout help

i have a 99 neon and im trying to figure out how to burnout,ofcourse the guy in the vid has the sport edition but...E brake seems to lock both wheels or the wheels just tug at it slowly and reg brakes lock up the wheels,front wheel drive,and i also need help adjusting my brake anyone know how to?

See the problem is... you drive a Neon. Actually I dunno, if you can't do a brake stand or pull the e-brake, then park the front against a wall, floor it, dump the clutch...

nvm i thought the E brake just clicks and locks but u have to pull it past the click
