as you may know there are alot of WWII era strategy game. I just want 1, does anyone know of a particulerly good one, (more of a sim than arcade) that I should buy?

Look on amazon for Blitzkrieg/Blitzkrieg II or Stalingrad. I think they are made by the same company. They are decent games leaning towards the historical.

Try "Codename: Panzers" Phases one and two also. Gamespot.com both gave them good reviews (8.8 and 8.3 respectively).

You could also try Panzer General. It's an old turn based game, but still one of the best strategy games ever made.

It's a bit outdated, but the Close Combat series blows any current WW2 strategy games out of the water.
