I'd play it online, and then wait for some obese kids to try and play me and halfway through they'd stop and I'd hear a *bam* from them hitting the floor.

according to IGN which gave Wii sports a 7/10 (4 for graphics!), the boxing game is the worse of the 5.

Man the Wii is taking more punches then Russle Crowe in a bar.

Who cares what it looks like, it's going to be fun. It's all about multiplayer, and it'll be a good timewaster, plus the Wiimote makes everything better. The thing is revolutionary.

The Wii just flat out looks more fun than anything else out there, I don't care what anyone says. I'm sick of the same old controllers and crappy gameplay. At least the Wii is offering a new gaming experience. The PS3 and 360 are basically just an upgraded version of the last console they had and there is nothing noteworthy gamewise for either of those systems. I'm not saying that the PS3 or 360 sucks, by any means. It's the same old shit for more money, lots more money.

They were just throwing their arms back and forth, making the exact same motion over and over and over and over. Button mashing gets boring with a controler, why wouldnt it get boring in real life?

Ive played these kinds of games at arcades. Those boxing games and the VR games. What does everyone do? They play them once, then go back to the classic controller games. Those kind of games are fun for their novelty, then they just get boring after you use it for awhile. Classic controller games always get more attention, or at least they do from me.

I couldn't get the audio to work for my cpu. (my cpu needs an upgrade) But I didn't see what was so funny about the video? Looks like they were into the game as in being part of the game. Hopefully I will get that intense into the game like they were doing which means it will be a lot fun. I look forward to my purchase of the Wii console.

I have tried it. I played boxing games in the arcade (ones that look WAY better then the Wii). They are fun to play through once, but I always spend WAY more money on the joy stick and button games, because those games are simply more fun.
