I've tried Videora 360 (sp?) and the Final Product just didn't work with anything, it kept saying I needed a new Codec, so I installed the newest K-Lite Gold and it still didn't work.

I've also tried "Free" Trials and such but they just stopped at around 50% saying "BUY US NOWZ!!1!1".

Anyone know any decent Progs/Software that'll help?

Thanks.

If http://www.videora.com/en-us/Converter/Xbox360/ is anything like the iPod version.

Make sure you install everything that comes with the program, since the codecs are installed separately.

Oh and what are the codecs the 360 understands?

(omg am i been nice, noway)

I've tried Videora, Installed all it asked for and I couldn't get it to work still. I'm pretty sure the 360 understands MPEG 1/2/4/WMV/H.264/V-C.1 (Whatever else HD-DVD Supports).

I'll keep looking.

have you completely removed Vidorea and re-installed it?

Your best bet is try keep trying to get Vidorea working, since from a quick glance it looks like the only free converter.

Or if you really have enough time, just stick the video you want to convert into windows home movie maker, and resave the file to the prefered format.

If you aren't using Media Center, the only format you can use is WMV. If you ARE using Media Center, I know you can use WMV and MPEG-4, but I don't know what else.
