I need help with Drag Racer 3

After I put mods in the car, the efficiency goes down to lik5 58%, how do I do the gear ratios and stuff?/

And right now I have a honda accord if that is of any relevance

When in your car, go to the garage. There, you'll see(third one down) tuning. There, you can change the ratios.
