I'm assuming by 'Virtual Console' You mean emulator.. and by 'gens' you mean Genesis.

Why not download it right now?

I sort of think this virtual console is overated (to me anyways). People don't know anything about freeroms.com or emulation.

I actually forgot about Emulation when it came to the Virtual Console/WhatEverSonyCallsTheirs.

Is Nintendo and Sony only offering old Games from Consoles, or are they offering new ones aswell as old ones like Microsoft?

Virtual Console in a Nintendo Wii thing. Sony just has some mini games to download.

Here's an idea: Why not get a homebrew emulator for FREE.

Because I don't have a graphic card to hook up to my 42 inch HDTV and I wanna play some classics w/o having my computer being lagged down by running Zsnes, Bitcomet, Firefox, Phantasy Star universe, iTunes, and winamp. Besides, I got the Wii to take full advantage of everything.
