Its actually "Bad Horsie" by Vai, but if you like him check out the 'Passion & Warfare' album.

Also, check out Joe Satriani, he was Vai's teacher, also has a lot of kickass music, give the 'Surfing With The Alien' album a listen.

soory, being vague and lazy...I suppose I want to know if there are any guitarists you know of that I would like, going off my stated preferences. Cheers.

That is great MH!!!

Truth. Satriani is awesome, Surfing is a great album.

EDIT: You might like Yngwie Malmsteen and Buckethead.

Check out Satriani, Buckethead, Al Di Meola, Friedman, Gilbert and Timo Tolkki. Maybe Malmsteen and Petrucci too.

ESPECIALLY Satriani - he's awesome on every level. :p
