Umm, if their yours and you upload them to Putfile or something then its perfectly fine.

Ive uploaded Megadeth songs on Putfile for others to stream, no biggie, just dont sell it.

yes it matters. It doesn't matter if you sell it or not. It's copyright infringement--the REPRODUCTION of the same material--for sale or not.

Whether or not you make a profit, reproduction of copyrighted material is highly illegal, assuming you dont have the proper permissions.
