Pivate option results in no image preview.

After uploading a vid as 'Private', no preview image displays. The vid works fine when clicking on it, just no preview image.

Do you mean that there is no thumbnail? Or the thumbnail is the default "No Image Available" thumb? What happens when you click on the "Set Public" link? do you get an image then?

I get the "No Image Available" thumb. No image after setting to public.

I'll try it again. It could be an issue with the vid itself.

Must of been the vid. I tried a different file as private and a thumb did appear. If you want the file it's still in the Most Recent section titled "Test of private option". or I can e-mail it.

Currently, the thumbnail is pulled from the second frame in the 10 second mark in the video. If you have a video that is shorter than 10 seconds, no image will be pulled.

This issue is currently being worked on.

Was the vid less than 10 seconds? We currently have an issue with that because the thumb is pulled from the video at 10seconds in. So 9 second videos don't get a thumb.
