While uploading a 10MB file after waiting roughly three minutes for the upload I received the following error:

despite the error I checked to see if the video uploaded. It did not.

This could be a problem on your end. You might want to give it another shot.

Most likely they're working on the machine and had to restart Apache for some changes to take into effect :)

Uploaded several videos with no problems at all so far. Will let you know if the bug shows it's face again.

It showed up again. This time I was testing uploading a rather large video (Under the 50MB limit though). Here's the technical details about the video:
Name: Lambobusarun.wmv
Size: 41.9 MB (or 43,004 KB or 44,036,134 bytes)
File Type: ASF (.WMA/.WMV)
MIME Type: videox-ms-asf

its worked:)
SGR, what sort of connection are you on? Cable, DSL, etc? Can you try the same file multiple times and report your results here? This will help us troubleshoot whether its a problem on our end or with your connection.
Thx!

I'm on Comcast cable with 8Mbit downstream, 768 upstream. I upload large files constantly elsewhere with no issues. (I just did 5GB yesterday actually) I'll try it several times though and see if it continues once the servers are back up.
UPDATE: See test results on next page

Test Results
I ran three consecutive tests. Each test produced different results with none of them successfully finishing. I used DUMeter to monitor network traffic during the test and used the stopwatch feature to show what exactly happened after I pressed "Upload" on each test. Directly after the three tests I uploaded the same file a total of six times on two different sites with all six being successful. Please see screenshot for network traffic information after each test description.
Video Details Name: Lambobusarun.wmv
Size: 41.9 MB (or 43,004 KB or 44,036,134 bytes)
File Type: ASF (.WMA/.WMV)
MIME Type: videox-ms-asf
Test Conditions Windows XP Pro SP2 w/ Firefox 2.0. For the test the PC was connected directly to the modem; bypassing the router altogether.
Test One: As soon as I pressed upload my upstream traffic jumped to it's normal maximum upload. After 6 minutes and 58 seconds upstream traffic soon dissipated as if no uploading was occuring. Shortly after the "Connection reset" error was shown.

Test Two: There was no upstream traffic for exactly five minutes. After five minutes the upload suddenly started. After a little over five additonal minutes of flawless uploading upstream traffic once again dropped. It stood still for 40 seconds and suddenly continued there after. After uploading the entire file, 43MB, I received two errors at once:
Upload error: You haven't selected any file for uploading.
That file type is not allowed. Please try again.

Test Three: Upload started and upstream traffic is showing my maxmium upstream is being reached. There were small pauses of upstream traffic no more than 40 seconds at times. After 8 minutes and 40 seconds and what appeared to be a successful upload the following error occured:
That file type is not allowed. Please try again.

We didn't have .asf or video/x-ms-asf in our accepted file types list. I have added them now. Would you mind doing this again? This was great information for us trying to track down the connection reset errors that we're seeing.

I tried uploading three more times. I have been unable to successfully upload any video after my test account was deleted and my real account, sgr215, was created. After every upload attempt I'm met with a "That file type is not allowed. Please try again." error. Anyhow, here's the results:
Test 1: Upload started fine with upstream traffic maxing out. At 5:18, 26.8MB uploaded, upstream traffic halted. Seconds later the "Connection was reset" error displayed.
Test 2: Upload started fine with upstream traffic maxing out. At 5:43, 30.6MB uploaded, upstream traffic haulted. At exactly the same time, rather than seconds later like the previous test, the "Connection was reset" error displayed.
Test 3: Upload started fine with upstream traffic maxing out. At 7:08, 38.7MB uploaded, upstream traffic halted yet no errors are scene yet. At 13:22 upstream traffic suddenly maxes out again. Upload finishes yet the error "That file type is not allowed. Please try again." is displayed.
SGR, I believe we have worked out these problems. Wanna give it another go?
BTW, thanks for your detailed help w/ this problem, we really appreciate it!
