Software to enable me to record and play the sounds from web pages

so far i can only record to some sound software by sticking my microphone to my phone handset. Is there a bit of software that will allow me to use my Voice modem to record an also play the Prank sounds at the same time

Edit: I go to post office expecting to get my package and I get it, it is a box of Similac Baby Formula and I'm like "what the fuck is this?" Somehow, I got on these baby magazines mailing list and they have been sending me free magazines, coupons and now, baby milk. I don't get it, I have asked Scholastic Inc and now this baby formula company to take me off their mailing lists. I don't even have a baby or expecting one any time soon. Dude, go to the page, when you wanna record em, go to start, programs, acessories, entertainment, and sound recorder, then press record at same time the sound plays, as far as putting it on a web page so it plays when u press a button, learn HTML i dont feel like telling you the code if your too stupid to know how to record a sound in windows, http://www.lissaexplains.com, the theme of the site should suit you.

This is an Advanced mp3/wma recorder. Use this to record stuff playing on your comp. After installation go to the bottom right hand corner of the program, it should say 'record control' click on that and a toolbar will come down, click on 'Mono Out' and select the volume that you want to record it at. Now when ever you want to record something playing on your computer, just click on the record button, but remember this is the free version so I think you can only record up to a minute's worth of sound. But before you do all of this go to File:Output File and select a name that you want the sound that you are about to record to be called. I find that this program is great for making wav's from dvd's. I hope this helped.
