sharing with a friend issue

I tested this a few different ways, and each time it sends me a copy of the email whether I have it checked to do so, or not. Also, where it asks if you want to sign up for the news letter, sometimes it's a checkbox, other times it's a radio button asking yes or no. Could get a little confusing. I would stick with a radio button yes/no if anything.

Darc, that form is actually implemented by a third party company that we work with, so we have no control over it. I will definitely pass this info onto them though, thanks for the heads up!
