Nope, your clip is audio only. Upload a different clip, see if it works. Might just be the one clip being pissy.

but why does it provide thumbnails of the vid then?

Our video encoding process can take thumbs of just about any video file, but will not be able to render video files with broken indexes. This is a common problem with videos on the net.

Just to make sure this is what the problem is, try downloading this program:
http://www.video-fixer.com/download/videofixer.exe

Use it to repair/fix the video that is giving you the problem and then try reuploading the fixed file. You should be able to see video now.

We are working on implementing a similar "videofixer" into our process, so sometime in the future this should be fixed.

it works fine now. Is there a free version of the program? Preferably no warez.
