Is there a programe that let's u use your computer speakers when u make a prank call

I was told that there is a program that alows you to use your computer speakers to make the prank calls when using sound boards, instead of using your telephone and holding it close to the speaker. If anyone knows of this programe or a better way of doing it let me know

as far as i know youll have to put it up to the speaker of the computer. you use modem spy so you can hear your vic and play the sound just have to watch for feedback
