Wii help please!

I found out that you and email photos from your email to your wii message board so you can use those photos on your photo channel. But how do I do all of that could someone explain it to me?

SD Card (You'll need an adapter of you use MicroSD's/MiniSD's) > Computer > Transfer Pics > SD Card > Wii > Photo Channel.
