If you have any experience beta testing, or if you just have some extra time on your hands and want to help, then you're in the right place.
This forum is our beta testing grounds, a place for you to report your bugs and give other feedback on our new section, eMuse. Because we will be using this section to help us develop and improve the site, there are some special rules that apply to posting.
1. NO CHIT CHAT - except in the general discussion thread
2. Look through the Known and Fixed Bugs sections before submitting any new bugs. If you see a thread similar to what happened to you, please post your details in that thread instead of creating a new one.
3. If you are submitting a bug report, be sure to use as descriptive of a title as possible. Titles like "submit button not working after page refresh" or "poor video quality on avi files" are great. Titles like "zomg, teh page is teh brokenz!!1" are not. Also, when describing bugs or errors, please give the EXACT error message/s you receive along with a detailed description of what you were doing just before receiving the error.
4. Play around! Test out all the features, do your best to try and break something. No really, go ahead! Just be sure to tell us about what you did here!
PS. We'll be integrating this with forum logins eventually, so it would be helpful if you register your forum account name in eMuse as well.
