As any videogamer knows, Jack Thompson is an arrogant, self righteous ass. His constant bashing of my choice form of entertainment has made me cold and callused towards every news show that even grants him air time. He's said Sony is attacking America in a "Pearl Harbor 2". He's said that video games are nothing more than "murder simulators". And also, he's stolen money from a charity's mouth, and it took two gamers, of Penny Arcade's charity "Child's Play", to put it back, with a big $10,000 check that said "for Jack, because Jack won't". I can't donate $10,000, but every year I donate $50 to Child's Play, which is a charity based on bringing books, board and video games to children in hospitals across the world. Including the hospital I was in a few year back with pneumoia. Well, I have a job now, so I can donate more. But how MUCH more? Well, that depends on you. Between now and February 25th, I will add an extra nickel to my donation for every photo sent to me (VampireKingDuzie@aol.com) that meets these requirements.

1. It must contain enough of the person to be identifiable.
2. They must hold in their hand a controller or handheld gaming system.
3. Middle finger is to be raised (NO exceptions)
4. It must, in some way, shape, or form, be directed at Jack Thompson. The standard "Fuck you Jack Thompson!" is acceptable, but be creative. and if you're not a cusser, the letter "f" followed by three symbols will do nicely.
5. For the subject line, write simply FUJT. Anything else will NOT even be opened.

There are only a few standard, obvious side rules. One picture per person, one picture per e-mail. Group shots of four people or more and I will add bonus money, but note that each person must hold their own controller. Pictures with Wii-remotes or DS's get an extra 5 cents, and if someone sends in a picture of four people with wii motes or DS's and middle-fingers raised, not only will you get bonus monies into the chariy, but I may also cream my pants. Tell your friends, tell your family, tell random gamers who like to make a difference. Bashing someone who would even have "Super Math Blaster" blasted off the market because it barely reaches the title of "video game" AND doing it for charity. What more can you ask??

(Please help out if you can!)

THAAANK YOU!

Let's see here. Jack is a guy who thinks videogames of all sorts are ruining the moral fabric of our society, simply put.

Attempting to emulate Jonathan Swift, he issued a "Modest Proposal" that offered a US$10,000 reward to anyone who would create a video game featuring Osaki Kim, a father whose son was beaten to death with a baseball bat by a 14-year-old gamer. The game would feature Kim extracting brutal revenge on the video game industry itself, including beating game company executives to death, removing their heads and urinating on their brain stems.

What Jack did not expect was that the enterprising PC gaming mod community would turn around and make this mod a reality. Jack then reneged on his promise of a US$10,000 donation to the charity of the modder's choice, saying that his original bounty had been "satire", and therefore not a legitimate promise.

He will not reply to any of his emails from people who don't support him because "they are stupid gamers." He's do so much crap, I can't fit it all here.
