I think...
abortion should be legal in all circumstances.
homosexual marriage should be allowed and equal in meaning as tradition marriage.
prayer in school shouldn't be forced, but allowed.
illegal drugs should be legal.
prostitution should be legal.
assisted suicide should merit no penalty.
smoking in public business establishments should not be allowed.
stem cell research needs more encouragement.
flag burning is fine.
downloading copyrighted material is wrong, but can't be stopped.
welfare is abused.
taxes are fine.
I didn't respond to other topics because they either didn't affect me either way or I have no opinion on them.

This is what I think should be allowed/legalized or not allowed/illegalized
Abortion: Legalize it.
Homosexuals: Allow them.
Homosexual marriage: Allow it.
legal Immigration: Allow it.
illegal immigration: It is still wrong, they should just come into the nation normally, besides destroying the fence is destruction of governmental property.
The media: Don't allow this crap, they divide us and blind us from the real truth.
Prayer in school: Allow it, if you don't America won't be a free nation anymore. If you pray in a public school just don't be too hypocritical about it.
Seperation of church & state: Don't do it.
illegal Drugs: Legalize them. They are no different then alchohol and cigarettes.
prostitution: Legalize it, if selling is legal, and sex is legal then why isn't selling sex legal?
death penalty: Legalize it.
smoking in public business establishments: Don't allow it, causes to much harm.
stem cell research: Allow it.
flag burning: Don't criticize me on this but I say allow it, it expresses freedom of speech if you hate America then express it. But if we don't allow it, export them.
gun control: Don't allow it.

Abortion I'm 50/50 in this.
Homosexuals AIDS should take care of this.
Homosexual marriage Some gay Washington Law Maker will make this legal one day.
legal Immigration As long as it's legal
illegal immigration Shoot to kill
The UN Shoot to kill
The media Depends on which media
Prayer in school Another one I'm 50/50
Separation of church & state The phrase or term "Separation of Church & State" doesn't appear anywhere in the US Constitution.
illegal Drugs Legalize them, let the morons kill them selfs and let the rest reek the tax revenue.
alcohol Let me go crack another beer.
prostitution Legalize it, even more tax revenue.
assisted suicide Need a push?
death penalty Pay Per-View
smoking in public business establishments Up to the business.
stem cell research Don't know enough about it yet.
flag burning Free Speech
gun control It's simply not a good idea.
homeland security Like we have now, or like we should have?
war Kill-em all, let [insert Deity] sort them out
national health care Fuck that.
Downloading copyrighted material If it's on the internet and free, it's not my fault it's up there.
welfare Tighter restrictions.
taxes The Fair Tax (www.fairtax.org)
affirmative action What a waste of tax payer money.

Abortion- Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. 99.9999% Wrong. With advancing medicine, there is little need for it and all abortion clinics should be blown up.
Homosexuals- Keep it to themselves, but I dont mind them.
Homosexual marriage- Not marriage. A Civil Union
legal Immigration- It's how my dad got here. All for it.
illegal immigration- Send them back, punish.
The UN- Waste of air. They can suck my American cock.
The media- They suck. They are almost all a bunch of liberals.
Prayer in school- Allow it.
Seperation of church & state- Let them mix a little bit
illegal Drugs- If its not harmful, allow it, like weed.
alcohol- reduce age to 18
prostitution- tax it, get money
assisted suicide- wrong
death penalty- We need more of it
smoking in public business establishments- only in bars
stem cell research- Adult stem research pwns. It has cured 72 diseases. Embryonic stem cell research is very wrong and should be stopped. It has yet to cure ANYTHING. That's right. ZERO.
flag burning- Wrong
gun control- In 1936 a powerful world leader said "This year will go down in history. For the first time in history, a civilized nation has gun control. Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the rest of the world will follow our lead into the future!" - Adolf Hitler
homeland security- almost top priority
war- avoid it except when necessary
national healthcare- will raise taxes. maybe
Downloading copyrighted material- its not the end of the world
welfare-bullshit. get a job, loser
taxes- depends.
affirmative action- the biggest bullshit ever
Peace at any cost- no
selling your own organs- why not

Abortion To me,it is the same as murdering a baby..but that's just to me.I do not gree with it at all,but would not be in favor of an all out ban, either.Because there are some cases where it might be for the best,ie,rape,or if the health of the mother or baby were endangered.
Homosexuals I belive that homosexuality is a choice, not the way people are born.People choose to be that way. However, they are not harming anybody with that choice,so live and let live and stop persecuting them in the name of religion.
Homosexual marriage I don't agree with it,marriage is man and a woman. But I do agree with civil unions with all the benefits and/or penalties of marriage,if that's what they want.Again, live and let live, and stop persecuting them for their lifestyle choices.
legal Immigration We need it,and it is the lifeblood of our country.Emphais on the word "legal"
illegal immigration Look at the very first word'Illegal".Illegal immigrants are a slap to the face of legal immigrants, and they should be booted out on their asses,no questions asked. One cannot fault them for trying to better themselves, but do it legally or not at all.
The UNUseless as tits on a boarhog.
The media Too biased, and sensationalism sells. However, there are some unbiased news organizations out there, one just has to look.
Prayer in school No big deal,so long as forced participation is not mandatory. It really pisses me off when a very vocal minority tries to comple the overwhelming majority into not being able to exersize their rightsand freedoms, because it might "offend" them, which leads directly into the next topic..
Seperation of church & state A good concept taken way too far by nonsense groups such as the ACLU.
illegal Drugs Some should be legalized, others not.To keep an answer short and sweet, the penalties for drug posession are way too harsh.
alcohol As long as someone is a legal adult,I don't see why not? Legal being 18,not 21,which is a political granstand.I also believe DUI should be punishable by loss of driving privilige for life, first offense,no exception.
prostitution Will never be lagalized, because the government cannot tax it.Otherwise,so long as all parties are of legal age,why not?
assisted suicide For th terminally ill,it should be legal if they choose it.to force someone to suffer because of your own warped views of religion is inhumane.
death penalty Only in "smoking gun" cases where there can be no doubt. And don't fiddle around for years before execution.Fry 'em and be done with it.In non "smoking gun" cases lfe in prison without possibilty if parole is a better option.
smoking in public business establishments Public establishments should have designated smoking areas.Private businesses should be left up to the owner to decide whether or not to allow smoking.
stem cell research An idea whose time has come, unfortunately religious nuts prefer disease and deformities over common sense.
flag burning While in theory I understand it as a freedom of expression, burning one in my presence will result in violence, because I see it as spitting upon those who gave their lives for the freedoms we enjoy.
gun control Read the 2nd amendment. We have the right to bear arms.Enforcement of current laws is/are the answer, not passing more laws or taking away the rights of lawful and responsible gun owners.
homeland security A buzzword to allow Government to slowly yet surely erode our rights.A decent idea that is being abused by our current President.
war Sometimes it has to be done, but it is best avoided.
national healthcare A great idea.Unfortunately,it will never work because the Governemnet would find a way to fuck it up,like everything else they touch.
Downloading copyrighted material I download my music,it might be wrong but I do it anyways. The onus is on the person who shares it,not the person who downloads it.
welfare A good idea that has been so corrupted by abuse, from both some of the recipients and the government itself.I,m in favor of itmthough, because sometimes people do fall upon hardships that are not of their own doings, and need help.
taxes I don't like them, but they are needed.
affirmative action Racism, pure and simple.Judge by qualification, not gender or skin color.
Peace at any cost So long as there are religious nuts,it will never happen.
Selling you own organs They are mine, what business is it of anybody else what I do with them?

Well, hello. Haven't been around for a long while. Glad ya'll get to hear from me, again. lol;)
Abortion : Keep it legal, only because it doesn't make sense for two lives to be lost. If it were illegalized, women would return to the back door doc's and get butchered and bleed to death or die of infection. In personal opinion and religious beliefs that abortion is wrong, but so isn't it thinking/saying a woman 'deserves what she gets for putting herself in that situation' as I've heard so many anti-abortionists say. It's uncompassionate and unChristian to say that.
Homosexuals : They don't bother me.
Homosexual marriage: Who am I to say 2 people, who love eachother, can't be legally joined? It's not my business.
legal Immigration: That's how this country (USA) came to be, by immigrants legally coming over to start a new life. If they are legal and abide by our laws and don't try to change things (ie...making their language an official one, etc..., I have no problem.
illegal immigration; Send their asses home!
The UN; Not sure how I feel.
The media: I loath it. It's biased. It reports only what they think will sell. The full story is rarely told. Criminals are always made out to be the victims, whereas law enforcement is always trashed and made out to be the bad guys.
The media rarely reports anything good. It's always bad and reported to cause contraversy.
I could go on a long rant on this topic, but will stop there.
Prayer in school: Have no problem with it, but if Christian prayer is allowed, then all faiths should be allowed to pray.
Seperation of church & state: No religion should take presidence over another. Laws should not be made on religious beliefs alone.
illegal Drugs; Need to stay illegal. 'Street drugs (crystal meth, crack, heroin etc...)' would be virtually impossible to regulate.
alcohol: Easier regulated than street drugs. Keep it legal and maintain the legal drinking age of 21.
prostitution: Mixed feelings, really, but tend to lean toward legalization.
1)legalize it and tax them like everyone else:
2)Since prostitutes are at high risk of transmitting disease, have the workers maintain and keep health cards while working to verify they are being regularly tested for disease and/or vaccinated for diseases.
3)I really don't believe by legalizing prostitution, it will promote infidelity and break up marriages/homes. The 'john's' will find their playmates, whether they are legal or not.
assisted suicide: It's murder. If a person doesn't want to live anymore, due to a terminal illness or ...whatever reason, they should take the responsiblity into their own hands and not burden a loved one..even though said loved one would be willing to help. It's a selfish and cowardly thing to do..to ask someone to help you kill themself.. THey shouldn't allow themselves to get to the point where they are unable to physically do it themselves.
death penalty: Definatly for it. Just needs to be carried out like the death of the inmates victim. The victim had no warning of what was about to occur, no chance to say 'good-bye' to loved ones, never had his/her last meal, never got to set things right with God (if they so desired) , never got to bargin (or appeal) for his/her life, never got to make casual phone calls to loved ones, didn't die a humane and painless death. Why should the perpatrator have these luxuries?
I don't believe in treating inmates inhumanely. It would only lower ourselves to their level, but I think the death sentence should be carried out without warning. Let the inmate have the luxuries they already have.....except knowing when they will die. The element of surprise should at least be in our favour.
smoking in public business establishments; I'm a non-smoker. Cigarette smoke is disgusting and I hate leaving a place smelling like smoke....BUT, I'm cool with smokers having their designated areas. They have a right to smoke and the business owners have a right to allow them too. I, along with all non-smokers, have the right not to go in a place where smoking is allowed.
stem cell research: Throwing away valuable research material doesn't make sense, since abortion is legal. I have no problem utilizing something that will be thrown out. However, I don't like the idea of women getting pregnant just so they can abort and donate stem cells.
flag burning: Burning your own flag is a disgrace.
gun control: THugs shouldn't have them. Law abiding citizens should have the right to own them. Period. Criminals have them illegally anyway. Stronger gun control won't affect them at all, but taking the gun out of law abiding citizens hands, opens the door for home invasions, more violent crime. THere will be no deterant for criminals if they know nobody can stand up to them and fend them off. People won't be able to protect themselves as well, without them.
homeland security: Not really sure.
war: War is always bad, but necessary sometimes.
national healthcare
Downloading copyrighted material: It's stealing. Period.
welfare: It's a fucking joke. To many people know how to play the game and are taking advantage of it. They are sucking our country dry. Welfare shouldn't be for long term...or a lifetime, but for a short time to help a person get on their feet. It was never intended to be a way of life, as it's turned out to be.
taxes: Are necessary.
affirmative action: Unfair. I believe in every person whether they are black, white, yellow, red or tie-died, male or female should have equal opportunities. Standards should not be lowered, so that a minority can get the job. There should be no quota's. They playing field should be level, all the way across. A person should be hired on merit alone. Period.
If quota's are made, standards lowered, fields unlevel, then the quality of work suffers.
Peace at any cost: "Any cost" That's a loaded statement. I'm not touching this one.
selling your own organs: If that's what you want to do and you meet the health requirements to be a donor, then fine. lol I wouldn't, though.

alcohol - alcohol is one of the most fatal drugs in the entire world. i think that if a fatally harmless drug like caffiene and marijuana are illegal, then alcohol should be too.

Abortion - Overturn Roe vs. Wade and leave it up to the individual states.
Homosexuals - Whatever wets their noodle.
Homosexual marriage - Don't allow it.
legal Immigration - Perfectly fine.
illegal immigration - Protect the borders at all costs.
The UN - The US should pull out.
The media - I think most of the media are a bunch of dipshits, but they are necessary at times.
Prayer in school - Allow it.
Seperation of church & state - To a point, but this imaginary "wall" that the Supreme Court "found" is bullshit.
illegal Drugs - I think some should be decriminalized, but I don't know about making them all legal.
alcohol - Fucking love it!
prostitution - Leave it up to the communities.
assisted suicide - Don't allow it.
death penalty - Use it more often.
smoking in public business establishments - You need to explain what you mean a little better.
stem cell research - Let private industry fund it.
flag burning - Shoot the fuckers.
gun control - Don't allow it.
homeland security - Again, this is pretty vague.
war - Necessary.
national healthcare - Bullshit.
Downloading copyrighted material - No comment:)
welfare - Get rid of it.
taxes - Obviously some taxes are necessary, but nothing like we have now.
affirmative action - Bullshit.
Peace at any cost - What kind of hippy shit is that?
selling your own organs - More power to you.

Abortion: Legalize and make it mandatory for anyone trying to have a kid with an IQ of less than 80. The 8 kids allowed to be born a year probably wouldn't sustain our economy in the future but I don't give a shit because I'm a short sighted bastard.
Homosexuals: They'll still exist regardless of my opinion.
Homosexual marriage: Legalize. I say let them be as unhappy as hetero couples.
Legal Immigration: Only if you can bring a skill to the table.
Illegal immigration: Giant fucking walls with lasers.
The UN: Is full of retards.
The media: Is also full of retards.
Prayer in school: Do it on your own time, nerd.
Separation of church & state: separation of church and society would be my answer.
Illegal Drugs: I have yet to see a half decent solution for this one but I know for a fact that making them legal for everyone sure as fuck isn't the answer. Basically, I wish it was legal for ME.
Alcohol: BETTER FUCKING STAY LEGAL!!!
Prostitution: Legalize. Ugly dudes need pussy too.
Assisted suicide: Legalize but strictly monitor.
Death penalty: Kill someone in cold blood = YOU DIE!!!
Smoking in public business establishments: I'm a smoker but I say BAN.
Stem cell research: Hasn't been proven to cure shit so I'd say let the private sector research it. Instead spend the money on an alternate energy and fuel source.
Flag burning: It should be legal but it should also be legal for me to whip someones ass when I witness it.
Gun control: I'm a convicted felon and it would take me about 2 hours to get a firearm. Ban them and I could get one in under 30 minutes......and YOU wouldn't have one.
Homeland security: WALLS MOTHER FUCKER.....CAN YOU BUILD THEM??
War: Is pretty fucking entertaining. Your crime record shouldn't disqualify you from serving your country.
National healthcare: As long as I don't have to pay for it, you can have anything you want for free.
Downloading copyrighted material: Who's gonna stop it?
Welfare: Stricter guidelines. I've seen people sporting gold teeth, gold chains, and gold rims on their 30 thousand dollar cars whip out the foodstamp card to buy 15 bags of fritos and a half gallon of apple drink. Huh?
Taxes: Sucks for you people. I claim exempt.
Affirmative action: ROFL
Peace at any cost: Peace will exist after we've managed to destroy our species.
Selling your own organs: Legalize it but wtf.

Abortion
Fine early on under any circumstances. Later on, only in special cases (birth defects, danger to mother).
Homosexuals
Whatever floats their boat. Homosexuality is harmless.
Homosexual marriage
Again, harmless.
Legal Immigration
Good, but nobody has a right to come here. We should filter and limit immigration with the goal of a better nation in mind.
Illegal Immigration
Huge problem. I want to see a holistic approach including huge punishments for corporations, tighter border security and deportations/ penalties for illegals.
The UN
I like the concept but I’m not sure how effective it is in practice.
The Media
Strives to make money, not inform people. Should not be regulated at all though. That means no more obscenity laws.
Prayer in school
If the kids want to pray, they can, but only when it would normally be ok for them to do whatever their praying entails (be it talking, getting up, bowing ect). Staff should not lead prayers or pray on the job.
Separation of Church & State
An essential part of our constitution. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion.
Illegal Drugs
Should all be legal for anyone over 18 and taxed.
Alcohol
Legal for anyone over 18 and taxed.
Prostitution
Legal for anyone over 18. All prostitutes must be registered and checked for diseases. Taxes on prositution will pay for the costs of regulating it.
Assisted suicide
Any Adult who wants to should be allowed provided they can show they are of sound mind. Also, for cases like Terri Shiavo, family can decide if they want to keep them alive.
Death Penalty
For first degree murder or worse.
Smoking in Public Business Establishments
Up to them but should be regulated. They should have to meet certain standards for air quality or suffer fines/taxing.
Stem Cell Research
Perfectly fine. The only meaningful life is a conscious one. A human embryo has no more rights than a frog embryo.
Flag Burning
Allowed anywhere it is legal to burn other pieces of cloth.
Gun Control
Up to states and cities except the general public must be allowed to own some form of useful gun everywhere.
Homeland Security
Less military spending.
War
No more B.S. wars. Only when a war will actually be productive and is the only option should we start one.
National Healthcare
Great idea. Everyone should have free basic medical care. Private healthcare can continue to exist for those who want something more comprehensive/prefer it.
Downloading copyrighted material
Unless you are actually selling someone else’s work, it shouldn’t matter. It’s impossible to regulate and not nearly as much of a problem as some people claim.
Welfare
Small amounts of welfare should be given to people for a limited amount of time if they need it. Gov funded soup kitchens and the like should be offered as well.
Taxes
Higher taxes with more taken from the rich.
Affirmative Action
Not for income or for race. We should spend more money on improving public schools though.
Peace at any cost
No. Sometimes conflict is the only way.
Selling Your Own Organs
Anyone over 18 and of sound mind should be able to sell their organs.

Abortion
Lets make this short - Wrong, I would vote to abolish it. Killing a human life (and yes that is what it is), is completely wrong, and I will not tolerate or allow it. Someone needs to stand up for the rights of the unborn.
Homosexuals
I am fine with them living their lives the way they want. I do however with both hetro and homos do not like public affection.. a kiss is fine, but other stuff for people of both sexual orientations, keep it private.
Homosexual marriage
Legalize it. I believe its wrong due to my morals and religion. BUT it does not hurt anyone and I believe in freedom, choice, options, and free-will. I don't believe in forcing my beliefs upon others.
legal Immigration
Best way to come to a nation, file the paper-work, and learn the language and culture. Not saying you can't have your own culture, but for anyone coming to a new country you should learn their language.
illegal immigration
I don't like it, and I thinks its a problem, but when you look at how hard it actually is to get into the USA, you have to feel sympathetic. You have to be well-off, and have alot of patience to immigrate to the US legally. I know personally, my brother, a Canadian has been trying to get in there for the last 5 years and has given up.
The UN
Useless and not effective, I seeing this dieing out eventually, they hold no real power or strife in global affairs anymore.
The media\
I hate it. The media, and everyone will admit this, is Secular-progressive, and they all (except talk radio, and FNC), lean to the left. And 1 in 5 journalists are atheists, thats out of proportion with the 9% of americans who are.
Prayer in school
Extra funding for it or special considerations: NO. But if a person prays to themselves before eating, or closes there eyes for a few minutes, how does that hurt or effect YOU?
Seperation of church & state
I don't believe in forcing ideology or beliefs on others, but I think due to the USA's Judeo-Christian history, the "In God we Trust", and the 10 commandments should stay. People are not hurt by this. The constitution protects the minorities rights. I believe in the popular vote and the fact is 85% of Americans claim themselves to be Christian, and I don't think the government should do away with religious references when we have such a high amount of people who believe in religion. Fact is 91% of Americans believe in a supreme diety. We are honestly separating church and state for 9% of the population?
illegal Drugs
Keep 'em illegal, not harsh punishments for using, but for providing or dealing then you should be punished.
alcohol
If the person goes at it safely and does not harm others, then no problem with it.
prostitution
One should not sell themselves for sex, noone wants to be a prostitute, no-one, they get sucked in, or do it because they have no other options. But there will always be people who do this, so we might as well legalize it as it would make the industry alot safer then it currently is. Then the people that do this will have rights and benefits.
assisted suicide
If a person wants to die, or sees no point, and is do cripple to pull the plug, then sometimes you need to let them go. I think its fine to let go, and if a person needs aide in letting go, so be it.
death penalty
Keep it. You kill a human person, you deserve to get what you gave them. Its cheaper on the system to then housing someone who is a threat to society for life.
smoking in public business establishments
NO SMOKING. Second-hand smoking harms people. There should absolutely be a ban of this at all public places. I worry for children who have parents that smoke. I would hope parents smoke outside away from their kids.
stem cell research
Having an embryo purely for stem cell is wrong to me and should not be allowed. I already disagree with abortion, but since its legal they should be put to good use. Same with miscarriages, the mother should be encouraged by the doctors to donate it to the research.
So since abortion is legal, and their is miscarriages the mother should be encouraged to donate it.
But pregnancies purely done for stem-cell research should not be allowed.
It can cure diseases so I am open to this one.
flag burning
Free speach. It doesn't hurt anyone, unless they get burned. Yes its an awful thing to do, but thats a persons right in a democracy and freedom.
gun control
We need it, to many guns killing innocent lives these days.
homeland security
eh....
war
New strategy, its not working in Iraq, yes we need to finish it off, but we need a new plan
national healthcare
Nope, this is on the boarder of a socialist state. The government shouldn't provide everything, that is communism and socialism. I believe everyone has a right to live. But a person should have to pay their debts back to the hospital. If they can't then they pay it back when they can, or the hospital gets it back from their life insurance or other means, but everyone has the right to live, but the government shouldn't provide free services. They should up-keep things and sustain society, but there role is not to provide.
Downloading copyrighted material
Well, I am one to talk, I download music and movies all the time. I think its hard for the music artists, but yeah... Movie downloading isn't that bad. I am iffy on this. I know its wrong, but I do it.
welfare
If a person can't sustain a standard of living they deserve the $$ to have a minimum standard of life. But they should be checked up on what they use the money for and they should have to look into jobs and have annual review.s
taxes
Taxes upkeep the roads, and tons of other stuff, we need it.
affirmative action
Don't know what this is.....
Peace at any cost
We'll never attain real world peace, but I think people who are under dictatorships should be freed and liberated by a WORLDWIDE effort. One country (USA), shouldn't have to do it all.

Homosexual marriage- should be legalized. Just because some ancient book doesn't agree with it doesn't like gays doesn't make it wrong.
legal Immigration- Its much to difficult for people from other countries to get here this way, trust me I know.
illegal immigration- there is no stopping it. Nobody really wants to stop it anyways. the money lost from deporting from all the undocumented workers would be catastrophic.
The UN- nice idea but so far has proved to be useless.
The media- they need to learn to shut the fuck up sometimes
Prayer in school- absolutely not.
Seperation of church & state- Its how it should be, but sadly its not.
illegal Drugs- should not be illegal
alcohol- age down to 18
prostitution- should be controlled and legalized
assisted suicide- If both parties are on the same terms then sure why not.
death penalty- against it. Its cheaper to keep inmates for life
smoking in public business establishments- its a free country no?
stem cell research- If I was the pres I would invest a shit load into this. Its worth it.
flag burning- freedom of expression, First Amendment. I'm not gonna burn a flag but I don't think that it should be illegal
gun control- 2nd amendment protects guns, but I think the laws should be stricter and harsher.
homeland security- lots of money wasted
war- If its necessary than sure, but the war we are in is not justified
national healthcare- top priority
Downloading copyrighted material-meh...
welfare-Tied with healthcare for top priority
taxes- they are fine
affirmative action- should be outlawed. I'm a minority and I think its wrong
Peace at any cost- unfortunately sometimes you need war
selling your own organs-sure

Abortion: I think it should be legal, except for late term cases unless the mother's life is in serious danger.
Homosexuals: I have nothing against them.
Homosexual marriage: Give them marriage & the benefits that come with it.
legal Immigration: We should set a stricter limit on how many people we let in each year.
illegal immigration: Stop it at all costs. Punish companies that hire illegals with multimillion dollar lawsuits. Set up a more efficient I.D. & deportation system.
The UN: U.N. = Utterly Nothing.
The media: Biased as hell, and not really a suitable source for stories.
Prayer in school: Anyone should be allowed to pray but you shoudn't force it or make it mandatory for everyone.
Seperation of church & state: Keep them SEPERATE!
illegal Drugs: Make marijuana legal & tax the hell out of it. Keep the other drugs, with an exception of Salvia, illegal.
alcohol: Keep it legal but lower the age of legal purchase to 19.
prostitution: Make it legal but as others have said...make sure the prostitutes are checked every week for diseases.
assisted suicide: I have no problem with it. If someone wants to end their life, it is their choice.
death penalty: Keep it around but only for brutal murderers, serial rapists, ect ect. Oh, and cut down the 'death row' waiting time...make execution possible within 3 months of conviction.
smoking in public business establishments: As a smoker, I'm tempted to light one up after dinner at a resturant, but out of concern for the other customers I do not. Make it illegal.
stem cell research: Use it to it's full advantage. Lord knows how many diseases we can cure.
flag burning: Freedom of Speech. The burning of flags can be used as a form of dissent or sign of rebellion. Dissent must stay alive at all costs.
gun control: Loosen up gun control laws. Make it easier to get ahold of weapons such as the M16A2 for defense against home/foreign invaders.
homeland security: It needs a HUGE overhaul. Cut spending on pork projects & use that money on security.
war: No. If we leave, we lose. If we stay, we lose. It's time we cut our loses & attempt to rebuild our world reputation.
national healthcare: We should try Canada's system and see how it works out.
Downloading copyrighted material: It's illegal...but I do it anyway. :( I don't really have an opinion on this.
welfare: Make it harder for people to sign up for welfare. Set up more restrictions & a 'based on yearly income' money hand out.
taxes: Lower the taxes for the poor & raise the taxes for the rich.
affirmative action: Get rid of it. It's racism with a fancy name.
Peace at any cost: Not at any cost. Some routes just aren't worth following.
selling your own organs: It's your body, you should be able to see whichever organ you see fit as well as it does not put you in any kind of physical danger.

Abortion:Allow it. A child shouldn't have to suffer because of a slutty mom who can't remember when to take her birth control.
Homosexuals: Let them do their thing
Homosexual Marriage: Allow It
Legal Immigration: Allow It
Illegal Immigration:Hunt them and kill them
The UN:Good in theory but FFS they need to be more decisive
The Media:Tell the news unbiased and everything else should entertain me and I'm good.
Prayer In School:Allow it don't force it
Seperation of Church and State: Definetly keep seperate
Illegal Drugs: Keep them illegal.
Alcohol: Make it illegal
Prostitution: Make it legal but make it efficient and organised and make sure the customer gets what he/she is paying for.
Assisted Suicide: Wrong, but make the penalties way less harsh
Death Penalty: Make it legal everywhere but don't just reserve it for murderers. I guarantee that if a crack dealer knows that if he gets caught,he will die, he will think twice about selling to anyone. Not only will this keep the jails less crowded and save the tax payers money, it will also stop kids from selling drugs. If death doesn't deter them, then they don't deserve to live.
Smoking in public business establishments: Wrong
Stem Cell Research: Give it lots of funding so it can go strong.
Flag Burning: Wrong, if you live in a country be proud of it or GTFO. If you are living in one country and burning the flag of another, you are either promoting hate or wasting your time.
Gun Control: Keep it very strict
homeland security: Top Priority
War: Never be the first to attack
national healthcare: Do it like Canada
Downloading copyrighted material: Make it legal
welfare:Make it enough to live on and no more.
taxes: Do it like Canada
affirmative action: The entire concept is ridiculous, if you arn't the best person for the job, you shouldn't get it. Race should have absolutely no influence whatsoever and what job you have.
Peace at any cost: If I have to give up my freedoms for peace then fuck that, but if I can live the way I do now but have peace everywhere then cool.
Selling Your Own Organs: If it keeps someone else alive then go for it. If it's just to make money then no.

Abortion - Legal for rape cases, when the mother cannot survive, and extremely lower class families who can't provide for their kid.
Homosexuals - It's none of my business who someone else loves.
Homosexual marriage - Legalize it for tax purposes. Let individual churches decide if they will allow it.
legal Immigration - Nothing wrong with it.
illegal immigration - Send them back.
The UN - Worthless organization of people exchanging words without meaning or action.
The media - The news is full of scaremongering. TV Shows have the worst role models ever. Humor is going down the train.
Prayer in school - Give the religious students their own area to pray.
Seperation of church & state - All for it.
illegal Drugs - Regulate them somehow, but keep illegal.
alcohol - Stricter laws on drunk drivers and drinking in public.
prostitution - Legalize it, and regulate them in brothels.
assisted suicide - Against it.
death penalty - For it, if the killer admits he or she did it or it is beyond ALL REASONABLE DOUBT that he or she is the killer.
smoking in public business establishments - Keep it in a Smoking area.
stem cell research - For it
flag burning - It is a form of free speech, and should be allowed.
gun control - Keep it legal for people to own guns, if they meet certain critera.
homeland security - Something reasonable. Give the general public their privacy, only monitor suspicious individuals.
war - Against it unless there is no other option.
national healthcare - For it
Downloading copyrighted material - Keep it illegal, but minimize punishment for offenders.
welfare - Stricter laws need to be put in place. Nobody should have to rely on it for more than a few months.
taxes - Something reasonable.
affirmative action - Against it.
Peace at any cost - Depends what that "Any cost" means. Not putting our freedom in danger.
selling your own organs - For, give it to someone who needs it more than you.

Abortion - My body, my choice.
Homosexuals - Love them, 3 of my best friends are gay guys. They're not hurting anyone so quit bitching.
Homosexual marriage - Why the hell not?
Legal immigration - As long as we keep our standards and they can bring some skills to the country, sure. Also LEARN THE LANGUAGE.
Illegal immigration - Stay in your own damn country.
The UN - I don't really know much about the UN so I can't say anything here.
The media - They care more about money than information.
Prayer in school - Religion shouldn't be forced upon anyone, nor should people be forced to to deny their religion. It's a delicate balance, I think.
Separation of church & state - Absolutely necessary.
Illegal drugs - Regulate them ALL and make the less harmful ones (ie marijuana) legal. And chillax on the penalties.
Alcohol - What about it? I like it. But I think we need to crack the fuck down on drunk drivers. Also, I'm 18 but I don't think the age should be lowered. People can barely handle the responsibility that comes with drinking as it is, and you want to give them that responsibility at a younger age? No thanks.
Prostitution - Legalise and regulate it. It will be safer for everyone.
Assisted suicide - Your body, your choice.
Death penalty - As long as there is no doubt that the person is guilty, I'm all for it.
Smoking in public business establishments - Eh, I have mixed feelings. Smokers have a right to smoke, non-smokers have a right to not be around the smoke. I think it's ridiculous to keep people from smoking inside bars, but in restaurants or something, go outside.
Stem cell research - I agree that if you're aborting a fetus, then stem cells should absolutely be used for research instead of just thrown away, but if you're getting pregnant solely for the reason of aborting for the stem cells, that doesn't sit well with me.
Flag burning - I think it's pretty disgusting, but I think freedom of speech is a hell of a lot more important than whether or not I'm offended by someone doing it. Though I do agree that if you don't like the country, GTFO.
Gun control - I live in a really liberal city so I don't know a whole lot about guns or gun control, thus I can't really comment on this.
Homeland security - I agree with whoever said it needs an overhaul.
War - A necessary evil. We need to learn to figure out when it's necessary though.
National healthcare - What are we, socialists? I lean toward no. It's a good idea in theory but it doesn't seem to work all that well in practice.
Downloading copyrighted material - I have no problem with this.
Welfare - Should have MUCH stricter guidelines/rules/whatever. I can't stand the fact that I get so much taken out of my check that I work my ass off 30 hours a week for just so some lazy bastard who managed to take advantage of the system, slip through the cracks, whatever, can continue to be a lazy bastard. I would really love to say "fuck welfare" but I know that some people do legitimately need it and use it to get back on their feet or whatever.
Taxes - Again, what about them? I don't like them but they are another necessary evil.
Affirmative action - Talk about being rabidly politically correct. I don't like the idea of it at all.
Peace at any cost - Isn't that kind of ironic?
Selling your own organs - And again...your body, your choice. I personally will never be an organ donor (nor would I sell them) but my reasons for that are really complicated and don't make a whole lot of sense. And for the record I would also be extremely reluctant to receive an organ from another person.

Abortion - against
Homosexuals - support
Homosexual marriage - support
legal Immigration - depends
illegal immigration - send them back.
The UN - they are ok.
The media - they can say whatever they want to say.
Prayer in school - Only if their parents allow it.
Seperation of church & state - support
illegal Drugs - weed should be legal. Other drugs should stay illegal.
alcohol - support
prostitution - against
assisted suicide - against
death penalty - support
smoking in public business establishments - smoking anywhere in the public. We live in a free country...right?
stem cell research - support. Just don't clone.
flag burning - only if our goverment turns 100% evil.
gun control - right to bear arms!
homeland security- supporter
war - use to be for it, now against.
national healthcare - support
Downloading copyrighted material - meh
welfare - depends
taxes - supporter...duh
affirmative action - support
Peace at any cost - support
selling your own organs - support
Alcohol - What about it? I like it. But I think we need to crack the fuck down on drunk drivers. Also, I'm 18 but I don't think the age should be lowered. People can barely handle the responsibility that comes with drinking as it is, and you want to give them that responsibility at a younger age? No thanks.
However, 18 year olds have the right to join the army and fight in wars....
Maybe just legalize it for the one's who has joined an armed force?

Abortion - Should be legal in all cases. On demand abortions (eg. aborting for any other reason than rape, physical or mental conditions, fetal defects, or socio-economic factors) will have a fine to discourage abortion.
Homosexuals - See homosexual marriage
Homosexual marriage - Legal.
legal Immigration - Good.
illegal immigration - It's just that: illegal. Fine them if they have any money and kick them out.
The UN - Pretty useless, however, the US should try to follow a good international policy.
The media - Freedom of the press. No media should be oppressed because of liberal, conservative, or other views.
Prayer in school - Allow it at lunch time or recess. Try not to make a big deal out of it. The school, if public, must NOT favor any religion over another.
Seperation of church & state - Secular state. Religion and government don't mix.
illegal Drugs - privatized 'soft' drugs like marijuana. Privatize it and tax it. Of course, it also must be monitored.
alcohol - Keep it legal. Harsher penalties for drunk driving.
prostitution - Legalized, controlled, and taxed.
assisted suicide - Euthanasia should be legal in most instances. Laws need to be flexible to fit different situation.
death penalty - Yes. Must be a lot more efficient as it is sucking up tax payer's money.
smoking in public business establishments - Have smoking sections or be completely non-smoking. The choice is up to the business.
stem cell research - For.
flag burning - Legal.
gun control - Should be legal to own a gun. Gun safety encouraged. If a child dies due to negligence, the owner should be punished.
homeland security - Should vary on the threat.
war - Generally bad, but it depends on the situation.
national healthcare - Yuck.
Downloading copyrighted material - Illegal, however, enforcing it is another story.
welfare - Get rid of it or make it useful. Some proverb says something along the lines of: "Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man how to fish and feed him for a lifetime". Instead of giving out handouts, provide some basic secondary education system where private companies can help pay for someone's tuition in exchange for a contract with that company. Increase in jobs and pay will provide people on welfare with the means to support themselves.
taxes - Depending on the situation, taxes should be raised or lowered. In general, try keeping them low so citizens can use their money to boost the economy.
affirmative action - Bad.
Peace at any cost - Most anything with "any, never, or always" is usually untrue as there is almost always is a situation which defies the statement.
selling your own organs - Legal.
Shameless

Abortion- You are not human until you're born. Period. I think a lot of the resistance to abortion stems from people's interest in punishing the mother for being so careless, when they don't take into account the trama they might put a child through.
Homosexuals- I don't really have a problem at all with homosexuals, but I do find their sex to be both hilarious and disturbing.
Homosexual marriage- It's a non-issue. Honestly, people, there are far more pressing issues to deal with than gays getting married.
legal Immigration- Should be kept in check but somewhat free.
illegal immigration- Cut it off. Punish those who employ illegal workers so they must migrate back over the border to find work.
The UN- Excellent resource, very poorly used. Too much resistance from the White House.
The media- Excellent resource, very poorly used. Focuses far, far, far too much on inflammatory rhetoric for it's own good.
Prayer in school- No. No, no, no, no. There isn't even a reason for it as far as I can see.
Seperation of church & state- Excellent as it is now.
illegal Drugs- It's all bad. But, I've tried pot and know it's not as debilitating as advertised, and maybe, just possibly, should be regulated like tobacco or alcohol. However, everything from that on up should be absolutely illegal.
alcohol- I've lost more than one close family member to liver failure, and I personally don't drink. What's more, one of my friends from school was hit by a drunk driver last summer and suffered very serious brain damage. So yeah, not a big fan.
prostitution- Not a huge deal in the big scheme of things. If it wasn't illegal, the streets would be safer for prositutes as they could turn to cops for help.
assisted suicide- It should be allowed.
death penalty- While taking a human life is something we shouldn't do, really, there are a few offenses that warrant exterminating (and I use that word on purpose) individuals. The justice system as I see it right now has a pretty good handle on it's judgement in this regard.
smoking in public business establishments- Really should be up to the owner of the business (And I fucking hate people who smoke).
stem cell research- Go right ahead.
flag burning- Flag burning is a really silly form of protest, but you should be absolutely allowed it do it.
gun control- There should be heavier restrictions on guns (although I'll be the first to admit I'm no expert on the issue).
homeland security- Should better toe the line between safety and personal freedoms.
war- The war in Afghanistan was fine. The one in Iraq...not so much.
national healthcare- We should have it, logically. Will we ever? Probably not in the near future.
Downloading copyrighted material- Is illegal. No way to get around it. However, are the punishments for doing it too high? Yeah.
welfare- Far too many people use indiscriminantly. Should be more emphesis on getting people off it.
taxes- Stop bitching about taxes being too high, a lot of what you pay goes to good causes (like cops, teachers, etc.)
affirmative action- Descrimination.
Peace at any cost- Not practical.
selling your own organs- An excellent way to make an extra buck.

Abortion: I personally don't agree with it and never have to been in a situation where my lady friend had to get one but I won't deny other people to get their own.
Homosexuals: No problem with homosexuals for their sexual preferences, but alot of the flaming ones are annoying
Homosexual marriage: Why not?
legal Immigration: Make it more about being able to integrate into American society and learning english instead of wealth.
illegal immigration: Get rid of them all, punish companies who hire them
The UN: Great idea, needs alot of reform
The media: A lot of it is garbage that only conforms to one side, but don't get rid of it.
Prayer in school: if they want to, as long as it does not disrupt class or harrass other students
Seperation of church & state: keep it
illegal Drugs: crack down on harder more dangerous drug, lighten up on the reefer.
alcohol: More punishments for drunk driving
prostitution: Meh, I hope I don't need to resort to picking up whores but I can see why people would want it legalized.
assisted suicide: I wouldn't want to live my life as an emotionless vegetable
death penalty: Needs to be quicker; all people proven to be murderers, rapists, pedophiles, etc need to be executed as soon as possible
smoking in public business establishments: I am glad I can finally go into the Bowling alley without having to take a shower and wash all my clothes afterwards. Smokers can go without a cig for a couple hours when they are in public.
stem cell research: All for it, but keep the means of getting stem cells humane
flag burning: I personally hate it but it is protected by the first admendment so I will have to let them be.
gun control: More control over who can get a gun, I am against hand guns in general
homeland security: Keep me safe but don't violate the constitution. I don't really mind the government keeping tabs on suspected terrorists.
war: is it just an inevitable part of human nature?
national healthcare: Not for it
Downloading copyrighted material: I do it and I risk taking the consequences of it
welfare: people shouldn't live their lives on welfare, it should only be used until people can support themselves
taxes: They pay for a lot of good, they pay for a lot of bullshit
affirmative action: Stupid as hell, if you are the best qualified for a job, you should get that job, regardless of race.
Peace at any cost: That's a hard one. The nuclear bombins on Japan were at a high cost and questionable but they brought peace.
selling your own organs: Sounds selfish to force a person to pay for a kidney they need to live.

Abortion : legal, though once you do it more than once you must take motherhood courses, and other psychotherapy and drug tests (ordered by the courts of the state) to promote good family values, and clean good productive citizens.
Homosexuals : personally i find it disgusting but in a free state 'can do it behind closed doors', though homosexual parents wouldn't be allowed, mainly because of bad values, and of course the corruption of the youth.
Homosexual marriage: Marriage is man/woman.
legal Immigration: Personally i wouldnt want non-european to fill the job, but since i'm trying to make it the most realistic vison, then a carefully controlled amount can enter yearly (each one obviously backgrounded and making sure he gets the job or has the proper qualifications for advanced studies), provided that there are many jobs availible, and if the job market is getting bad and unemployment goes up, the gov't must put a temprorary stop on a lot of legal immigration so the country's born people can keep their jobs, or preserve them, which is also important in country unity and pride and prospering.
illegal immigration: definatly not welcome. (too much to write about that)
just the name 'illegal citizen' makes me wanna vomit. The state give tough penalties and standards on business as well and must stand firm on criminal activities, to ensure safety, preservation, and an uncorrupted, free society.
The UN: good idea, though i believe its a lot out of date, and nations like iran and usa must speak together even if it means just talking its already progress.
Also turkey out of europe.
The media: improtance in freedome of speech even with a one party government. In the usa most mainstream news such as cnn seem to be fairly accurate 'full picture' orientated
Prayer in school: something good, for example the ourf ather and hail mary, even if you arent catholic, it unifies the nation and its people, its good for the society's morale, prevents corruption and gives strength to fight violence, crime and drugs.
Seperation of church & state: Good in order to promote a free state, personally i like poland to remain catholic but in the usa its hard for example, so technically i would like a free state with only catholic churches but in reality all i can ask for is a seperation of church & state to promote a free state.
illegal Drugs: certain light drugs decriminilized, but harsh penalties on drug dealers, trafficers, producers. Though border control and searches, most offenders would most likely have psychology + life plan courses, and do drug tests, etc.
alcohol: legal @ 18, penalize drunk driving or drugged driving more
prostitution:legalized, taxed, controlled (especially disease tests and condoms)
assisted suicide: under certain physical/health circumstances
death penalty: legal (personally i would do entertainment shows like gladiators, it would also generate money towards building hospitals and schools) although more realistically; legal, least painful
smoking in public business establishments: illegal, 2nd hand smoke affects other free citizens, but some are in fear of asking small business boss, so the state has to protect the health of its people
stem cell research: why not, if it shows positive signs of helping people out
flag burning: legal, maybe some fine or something for causing fire or disturbance outside in some cases.
gun control: controlled well. No reason for citizens to be arming themselves with guns. In a well run state the state ensures public safety and protection with great confidence.
homeland security: important, it saves money in the future also especially when housing or tracking down criminals, better that they dont enter the country
war: Now was is unnecessary, all the borders are set on the world. I would be a pissed off usa citizen to know all my money are going to help out another nation and not me when there are so many inner country problems that money could of went to
national healthcare: important to have a good standard healthcare for each citizen, however if you are willing to pay the price you can have something called 'rush service' and skip waiting.
Downloading copyrighted material: Illegal, though no one really cares if u burn a couple cd's for your friends, as long as your not making 'decent' money off it.
welfare: in some cases, but unless medically unable, must be looking for jobs, if not at least factory work or something, gov't programs to help people get back on track into the real world, but well controlled so there isn't 'freebies' Too much to state in a small reply anyways
taxes: Obviously we need taxes to sustain ourselves.
affirmative action: <-- dont understand this means
Peace at any cost: deceptive sentence, whether peace is achievable is up to the worlds people, inner country peace is definatly something sustainable, but its always up to the other country as well, their views and politics, etc (too much to write)
selling your own organs: yes but carefully state monitored and coontrolled, this is big issue anways too long to mention here because this an important topic and its a very sensitive topic because a lot of good people disagree on the issue.
Basically the key to a winning state is to have 1 party with the best mindset. Obviously subdivisions depending on region, but a lot of things especially politically are controlled by one party with the right mindset. Simple, there are two choices, always pick the best one. If the party or 'government' always select the best choice then no opposiotion is needed for it will provide a worse decision. A love for the people and a vision for the country and each individual to succeed in a free state with a good standard of living is key

Abortion - Gov't shouldn't tell people what to do with their own body. Fetus isn't a life IMO, it's a batch of cells up until a certain point.
Homosexuals - What about 'em? They're people too, they deserve the same rights.
Homosexual marriage - Same rights for all.
legal Immigration - No issues here.
illegal immigration - We should put a lid on it. I wish they could come to our country a little easier, but they need to do it the legal way.
The UN - A good idea, but they need a lot of stuff fixed.
The media - I think they control too much, and I think people are too easily influenced by them.
Prayer in school - Keep it ALL out.
Seperation of church & state - Keep them completely apart, EVERYTHING.
illegal Drugs - Make them legal.
alcohol - No changes
prostitution - Make it legal.
assisted suicide - You want to die? That's your right.
death penalty - I'm in the air on this one. On one hand, people need to be punished. On the other hand, I don't like the idea of a gov't killing its own citizens, and I don't like the flaws in our judicial system.
smoking in public business establishments - Depends, if it's a privately owned business, let the manager decide. If it's publically owned, it should go up to some sort of local vote.
stem cell research - fund it all the way, we're on the brink of so many discoveries.
flag burning - free speech.
gun control - Against it within reason. People should be allowed to own guns, but not explosives, or any of that military stuff.
homeland security - We should keep America safe, but with an important focus on our civil liberties.
war - against it completely.
national healthcare - It would be nice if it could be worked out.
Downloading copyrighted material - I do it, but it's probably wrong.
welfare - Some people need help, and our society should help. But welfare doe need reform, it should only be for people trying to get their lives back on track.
taxes - tax the rich the most, because they're rich.
affirmative action - It should be based on family's or personal economic situation.
Peace at any cost - Fighting for peace is like fucking for virginity.
selling your own organs - it's your body, do what you please

Abortion: It's the baby's body, not yours.
Homosexuals: I fine with them unless hundreds of them are marching down the street in skin tight clothes yelling "WE'RE GAY". Guess what? I don't give a shit.
Homosexual marriage: A church should have the right to choose not to marry a gay couple, but other than that, I don't care.
legal Immigration: As long as they learn English, I'm fine with it.
illegal immigration: Should not be allowed at all.
The UN: A good idea, but currently worthless. All talk and no action. It's like a mom that just says "Please stop" to a child acting up, like that's going to work.
The media: All biased.
Prayer in school: As long as no one is forced to pray. Words are harmless.
Seperation of church & state: "Congress shall make no law..." I agree with that.
illegal Drugs: Legalize the less harmful ones and regulate/tax them.
alcohol: Lower the drinking age to 18.
prostitution: Legalize and regulate.
assisted suicide: I'm on the fence with this one.
death penalty: I support it right now because it's the best thing we got. But I would rather change it to life in prison without parole and make the prison experience worse than death. I don't consider death a punishment because the prisoner does not suffer.
smoking in public business establishments: As long as it's set up in a way so that non-smokers don't have to be effected by it.
stem cell research: Only under certain circumstances.
flag burning: Disgusting but freedom of expression. I see it as a hatred towards this country and if they hate this country that much, they should move out.
gun control: Keep guns legal and stop lawsuits/arrests against citizens who use them in self defense.
homeland security: A very important issue. Can also fall under "illegal immigration".
war: Sometimes necessary, such as after 9/11.
national healthcare: Against socialist healthcare. Support cheaper medical care/drugs.
Downloading copyrighted material: On the fence of this one too. As long as the downloader isn't making money off of it.
welfare: As it is right now, welfare recipients are not encouraged to find a job because they are making more than minimum wage off of welfare. Gie them enough to get back on their feet then cut them off.
taxes: Lower taxes and stop spending on bullshit programs.
affirmative action: Completely against.
Peace at any cost: Not at the cost of freedom.
selling your own organs: I'd do it. Hopefully we can get to the point where we can clone all the organs we need so people will no longer have to be put on a waiting list for an organ.

Abortion
Should be legal, prefer it to be rare. Would favor funding some education on safe sex/avoiding unwanted pregnancies.
Homosexuals
What goes on in your bedroom is your business.
Homosexual marriage
Should be legal and equal to civil ceremonies.
legal Immigration
It's good, we can bring in talented and driven people from other countries as well as provide a sanctuary for those looking for a better life.
illegal immigration
It's illegal...
The UN
If you are willing to accept that it is a failure at providing a coherent source for international governance, it serves its purpose as a forum for national leaders to discuss issues. Not perfect, not even close to what I'd want, but it has its uses and there's always hope for a better tomorrow.
The media
Out for money. Its agenda is to make money. People don't realize this.
Prayer in school
During hours or on an official basis, not at all. After hours, or voluntarily, it's their business.
Seperation of church & state
Good thing.
illegal Drugs
Marijuana, at the least, should be decriminalized to some extent.
alcohol
Legal, more dangerous than marijuana yet people don't think it should be illegal.
prostitution
Should probably be legal, imo, but I don't lose sleep over it.
assisted suicide
Should be legal in the case of terminal illness
death penalty
Legal for heinous crimes, not as commonly used as it is now
smoking in public business establishments
I assume you mean restaurants and such - it should be legal if the establishment's owners want it to be. If they lose customers, tough luck.
stem cell research
Possible abuse notwithstanding, I'm for it.
flag burning
Completely legal
gun control
Generally against, but I also don't see the need for assault weapons and such
homeland security
Should be focused on reforming and revamping law enforcement and intelligence agencies and less so on pushing the legal line
war
In Iraq? Stupid. In general, too broad to respond really.
national healthcare
No. No. No.
Downloading copyrighted material
I would prefer to make copyrights weaker and keep this criminal, I'm not a fan of the current intellectual property legal scheme.
welfare
Should be temporary, focus on job training/assistance
taxes
Paying them now, blech!
affirmative action
Against
peace at any cost
Silly question, as few people actually believe in this. Against.
selling your own organs
In principle, I'm in favor, but there's too much room for abuse for me to fully favor it.

Abortion Should be legalized. Alot of the oppostion for this is religion based, and i think that it is wrong to to impose your beliefs on someone elses, plus it is debatable on when a fetus is actually living consciosly. However im not going to support a whore that just gets pregnant and dumps babies just so she cant take care of them, so in the early stages abortion is def allowed, later stages allowed as well pending on birth defects. Also, if abortion is made illegal, people will still find ways to do it, and most likely those would take place in unsterile environents (as compared to a hospital of some sort), potentially causing infections and disease. Plus in the end is it really going to effect you if someone gets an abortion all the way across the country? Fuck no its just a matter of you being a prick.
Homosexuals Perfectly fine. Homosexuality is just as normal as hetero, it is found in nature all the time.
Gay marriage Allow it. Even if i dont personally agree or not i have no right to judge someone elses life. However gays should not be allowed to marry under any church that forbids it, instead they should be married under Law. Plus its none of my business, we all have the pursuit of happiness in america.
Legal Immigration Thats fine.
Illegal Immigration Fuck no mother fucker. Our country is getting raped by these fucks. They need to fix their own shit hole called Mexico before they try to fuck up ours. Here in NC my town is littered with dirty scum bag illegal mexicans taking advantage of our way of life. However i must say i know a few mexicans that are illegal that are very nice and descent ppl that just want an american way of life, but alot of them just want to fuck up the place with drugs.
The U.N. Fuck'em. America already rules the world for the most part anyway.
The Media Get rid of fox news and we're good in this category.
Prayer in school Fine, but your going to look like a big douche doing it, plus youll probably get picked on.
Illegal drugs Legalize pot, and thats it.
Alcohol Of course
Prostitution legalize it and tax it
Assisted suicide Depends on the circumstances.
Death Penalty Make it illegal. Its actually more expensive(taxes) to put someone to death than it is to keep them alive, fed and clothed for the rest of their life. Death penalty is somewhat barbaric, and there are many cases where the innocent are wrongfully accused. However I would permit many beatings to those who were truely not sorry for their actions.
Smoking in business establishments Fine, but smoking should be made illegal soon, you have be an idiot to smoke.
Stem cell research Definitely allow and fund it. It has the potential to cure many many diseases, and it would be an injustice to waste those aborted fetuses.
Flag burning No, you have no right to burn the flag that represents all those who fought and died for your rights, you are a disgraceful , unthoughtful sac of shit if you attempt to burn the american flag.
War vague as hell
National Healthcare yes yes and yes. Pharmicutical companies are raping the american people with drugs that costs $10 a pill that only costs 10 cents to make.
taxes yes it is necessary
Affirmative action Complete bullshit. Why should i have to work harder for something just because im not black. A black kid can get into a good school with B's and C's with like a 3.0 or 3.2, but a white kid usually needs a 4.0 or higher.Thats fucking bullshit. PLus there should be no race description on resumes or applications or testing forms at all, you work for what you get, you arent born with it.
Peace at any cost Fuck peace its no fun at all.
Selling your own organs ....Priceless

Abortion I think it is a personal choice and not one that should be determined for a person by a government only regulated (parameters on terms and so forth)
Homosexuals a non-issue
Homosexual marriageDon’t see an issue with it and frankly don’t see why such a big fuss is made about it one way or the other.
legal ImmigrationI wish Canada's Immigration was a slack as the US's that way I would to have had to spend so much money to be a Canadian and say wow we beat you guys 6-3? :)
illegal immigrationWe it's clear parameters should be set to deter hiring of illegal immigrants.
The UNThe UN needs to change its role; it was set up to mediate between to factions Communism and Democracy it has served that purpose how ever it is not able to enforce its own legislature, I see value in the world being able to address their issues however an overhaul of the UN is needed. As well as a willingness for all Nations to comply with the UN.
The media Freedom of the press. But the people should hold the press accountable.
Prayer in schoolnope
Seperation of church & statevery wise to keep the two apart
illegal Drugsall drugs should legalized but be regulated by the government.
alcoholsame as above
prostitution same as drugs
assisted suicideA persona has the right to with their body as they wish.
death penalty In convicted criminals that pose a serious risk of re-offending/ murder.
smoking in public business establishments Only in smoking rooms that are ventilated and paying employees more to serve in those areas.. ‘Danger pay’ so to say.
stem cell researchsupport it
flag burning right to protest
gun control but a person has the right to bare arms, just small arms no need for .50 cals or RPG's.
homeland securitya joke
war a necessary evil at times but not something we should rush into.
national healthcareGood concept the US has national systems and a national military having another national body makes sense.
Downloading copyrighted materialI'd suggest reducing the copyrights on material from 100 years to 20.
welfareShould be a system that is designed to create a plan to expel a person not sustain a person. Work programs and realistic training programs should be set up to get a person self sufficient.
taxes I'm for them. :)
affirmative actiona horrible plan that was poorly implemented.
Peace at any costFar too illusive of a concept.
selling your own organsIt's your body

Abortion -- I and my wife do not believe in abortion and thus will never have one. However, our beliefs do not hold preference over the beliefs of others, and personally, I don't care about anyone else's children anyway, so do what you want.
Homosexuals -- They're gay.
Homosexual marriage -- I don't see how it harms anyone at all, so legalize it.
legal Immigration -- All for it.
illegal immigration -- It's illegal. Don't do it or we'll throw you back out. I also support a public flogging for all offenders (including those that hire/harbor illegal aliens).
The UN -- I think it serves a purpose, although that purpose is drowned out by controversy and scandal.
The media -- All for it. If you think the media is left-biased, listen to Rush Limbaugh. If you think the media is right-biased, watch anything with Bill Maher or Al Franken.
Prayer in school -- If an individual student wishes to pray before an exam or something of that nature, let them. It should not be endorsed or prohibited by the school.
Seperation of church & state -- All for it, unless you mean the Church of Odin. The government should align itself with that. ;)
illegal Drugs -- Except for marijuana, they should stay illegal. I have no problem with the legalization of pot.
alcohol -- All for it. Coming from a dry county and now living near a highly populated city, I've seen both extremes, and they're both equally frightening.
prostitution -- All for it. It's the world's oldest profession for a reason. If it were legalized, people could probably take steps to make it safer as well.
assisted suicide -- All for it. If they'd rather die, they'd better do it, and decrease the surplus population.
death penalty -- All for it.
smoking in public business establishments -- All for it, but you knew that.
stem cell research -- All for it.
flag burning -- If you want to burn a flag, go for it. Just don't do it on my property, or I'll burn you.
gun control -- I'm pro-gun control, but anti gun-outlawing. We need to keep guns out of the hands of convicted felons and politicians.
homeland security -- All for it. Although I think we should cut the Patriot Act.
war -- I support the War in Afghanistan. As for Iraq, I supported that, but now I realize it was a mistake. All I hope for is that we can accomplish our mission, stabilize Iraq and get out without much more going wrong.
national healthcare -- I'm for it when it comes to emergencies or life-saving operations. If you want a boob job, pay for that yourself.
Downloading copyrighted material -- Against it, but what you gonna do?
welfare -- Against it. Get a fucking job.
taxes -- I pay them.
affirmative action -- Against it. It's just as racist as Jim Crow laws.
Peace at any cost -- There will never be total peace on this Earth.
selling your own organs -- Go for it. Liver is great.

Abortion - only to save a mothers life or in the case or rape or incest
Homosexuals - what about them?
Homosexual marriage - if they love each other then sure. Why not?
legal Immigration - Everybody, even Native Americans, are immigrants to America
illegal immigration - I think everyone deserves a shot at the American dream. However I would encourage illegals to get citizenship or at least a green card or visa asap.
The UN - Helps countries resolve dispute. A little time consuming but beneficial.
The media - They are all right but I fucking hate Nancy Grace. She can go suck a cock for all I care.
Prayer in school - I have nothing wrong with prayer but it should be done at home or in a church/synagogue/temple/mosque.
Seperation of church & state - This ones a no brainer. Of course! Its what our country was founded on.
illegal Drugs - I don't do illegal drugs but I still think most of them should be legalized. The way I see it is we cant stop people from doing drugs and all we are doing is providing business for organized crime (like during prohibition). The government should legalize drugs and tax the hell out of them.
alcohol - Just as long as you dont go driving or beating your wife and kids afterwards
prostitution - See illegal drugs
assisted suicide - I don't mind "pulling the plug" but I think that giving someone lethal pills is moral.
death penalty - No way. If the government kills just one wrongly convicted person with the death penalty then we all will have directly funded a murder of an innocent man.
smoking in public business establishments - Depends where. Outside and in bars is fine. But in clothing stores, family restaurants, etc they should be banned.
stem cell research - Yes. Its unfortunate that we are destroying life but they will not have died in vain. Stem cell research could lead to a cure for cancer, Alzheimer, or teh AIDZ.
flag burning - Its freedom of expression. So yes.
gun control - Everyone should be allowed one small pistol with one round of ammo. And maybe a rifle with a hunting license. Power to the masses. But remember the masses are stupid and shouldn't be trusted with fully automatic weapons.
homeland security - Ive agreed with homeland security up until they decided to build a fucking wall between us and mexico.
war - What is it good for? Absolutely nothing! uh! Seriously though, only when absolutely necessary like in WW2.
national healthcare - We really need a national health care system like those damn Canadians.
Downloading copyrighted material - *turns off limewire* *turns off bittorrent* Downloading copyrighted material is just wrong!
welfare - I wonder how we'll fare without welfare. (agree)
taxes - What about them? You have to pay. Police officers, teachers, and the military wont work for free.
affirmative action - Hell yes. Because I'm Hispanic.
Peace at any cost - Huh? Any cost including war?
selling your own organs - selling, no. Donating, yes.
EDIT: Was reading through this and I really wanted to comment on this
Separation of church & state The phrase or term "Separation of Church & State" doesn't appear anywhere in the US Constitution.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
The actual words "separation", "church", and "state" are not used but is is clearly shown in the first sentence of the First Ammendment

laced with sleeping pills , then a shot to the base of the skull. If I become
old and feeble , living in pain, I hope some one will love me enough to
bring me a bit of cheese.

Abortion
It's hard to explain how pro-choice I am.
Homosexuals
Italians? Pastry chefs? Sewer inspectors? What about them? I need more specifics.
Homosexual marriage
They have the right to be just as miserable as the rest of us.
legal Immigration
I have no issue with people who respect our laws. In fact, there should be incentives (housing, employment) for those who take the time and effort to come here legally.
illegal immigration
A crime. Just like any other crime, there should be kingpin statutes. Of course the borders should be locked down tighter than a clam's ass and illegals deported. But just like drug dealers are treated more harshly than drug users, people who hire illegals should face mandatory jail time and crippling fines, including the forfeiture laws that apply to drug dealers.
Destroy the demand, and illegals won't come here.
The UN
Disband it. It's an anti-US bureaucracy. We do need an international council of some type, but it's about time to reorganize. Just like the original League of Nations evolved into the UN, it's time to start over.
The media
Full freedom. The press keeps us honest. The Founding Fathers knew it, and we can never forget it.
Prayer in school
Public Schools I assume? Hell no. You want to know what government sponsored religion looks like? Check out any Islamic theocracy.
Separation of church & state
See above. Ugly things happen when a government can claim God's blessing for it's actions.
illegal Drugs
In a truly free society, how can the government tell you what you're allowed to do with your own body? They can't, of course. As long as the government tells me what I can do with MY fucking body, I'm not really free.
alcohol
Yes, I'd love some. A Guinness and a shot of Jamesons, as long as you're buying.
prostitution
Again, how can the government tell a person how to use their body? To save them from being "exploited"? How is a prostitute any more exploited than a laborer that breaks his back carrying bricks all day? Both are using their body to make money. The rest is just morals, and that's a personal choice, it's not the government's job to regulate morals.
assisted suicide
See my previous posts. I literally can't think of a greater invasion of privacy than the government telling me I can't end my life whenever I want. If I need assistance, I fully expect anyone in my family to help, and I would do the same without a second thought.
death penalty
Yes.
smoking in public business establishments
As long as a non smoking space is offered.
And for the record, I don't smoke.
stem cell research
No, science angers God.
Of course I support it.
flag burning
Of course. The flag represents the freedom that our constitution gives us. People who want to take away that constitutional freedom to protect the flag have no understanding of irony or what this country is all about.
gun control
No. As you probably guessed by now, I almost worship the Constitution. Including the Second Amendment.
homeland security
Two words, well ok, four: CLOSE THE FUCKING BORDERS.
war
Always bad, sometimes necessary.
Iraq: not necessary.
national healthcare
It already exists. As an EMT here in NYC, I can tell you that every crackhead criminal in the ghetto has Medicaid. People with good jobs have private health insurance. Only the working poor are screwed. We definitely need to address that.
Downloading copyrighted material
I won't take a moral stand on this issue, since I love stealing media. :p
welfare
Once in a while, people find themselves down on their luck, but the system should not be abused.
taxes
As opposed to people donating to the government voluntarily.....?

Abortion
A part of me wants to say that in certain instances, it should be allowed. But i also believe that God sees the big picture and can do something with that unwanted life. I say, if conditions are healthy enough, then have the kid and give up for adoption. Use of this as a birth control is completely unacceptable.
Homosexuals
You know, i strongly believe that this whole homosexual outbreak is just another zombie type state that people go through for attention- like hippys. I try to live my life by the bible, and that tells me that this is wrong- so i need to be consistant with the bible and feel the same way.
Homosexual marriage
Read above
illegal Immigration
I feel that Bush is getting too much blame pushed on him for this issue. We as the US have YET to have a president secure the border effectively. You want to be a US citizen- Fine, do it legally.
The UN
It sure does seem that they could do more these days. They need to enforce what they say MORE!
The media
Biased anyway you look at it. Biased conservative, biased liberal. I feel that most of the time media is only harming and brainwashing the US citizens to feel a certain way.
Prayer in school
Although im a christain, i see the importance of seperation of church and state. Private school---fine. Not public. We should try to keep it equal.
illegal Drugs
Sure its your body...but innocent adults, kids, babies are neglected and killed from stupid reasons from illegal drug use= unnessesary deaths.
alcohol
Take it easy. Get hamered while camping, not while driving.
prostitution
Once again, sure its your body, but this does nobody any real good. It makes our country look degrading and spreads disease- how great!
assisted suicide
depends on the situation. I know that if i was suffering and no good is to come, then i would want to end things. Im not sure if i feel its wrong or not.
death penalty
Certain people in this world do some seriously disgusting things. I feel if one has committed a truely horrible thing- or something smaller more than once...then maybe its time the table is turned.
smoking in public business establishments
If you want to smoke, go outside please. I do not want cancer because of your stupid decision.
stem cell research
Not on aborted fetus'
flag burning
Unpatriotic, if you truely want to get your point across to the government, then use the hundreds of other methods- not harmful but they cant still be powerful enough to be heard.
gun control
Depends on what area of the world. In america, it only makes sense that certain states be allowed to own firearms. In others, there is no need and it ends up in a murder.
war
For the right reason, yes. War is nessesary in certain times.
national healthcare
Too cloudy of an issue to make a statement on. I am 50/50.
taxes
Dont let the dems try to raise em all the time. Raising taxes is not always the answer.
affirmative action
Voted against it. Glad its gone.
selling your own organs.
Yes, it can save lives. I understand that stem cell can too, but not from aborted fetus'

OK this prayer in school thing:
1) During scheduled class time for that specific student: NO.
2) Providing a special room or space for that student: NO.
BUT: Are we going to expel or suspend a kid who closes his eyes and whispers to himself for a few moments before meal in a schedule break period called lunch.
I don't think so.
A child should be able to pray to themselves in a school if its a scheduled break from class. As long as the school provides nothing.
You can't take that right away, EVER... to me thats religious discrimination.
Now, clubs always meet, in universities they have political groups and support groups, etc. High Schools have the same clubs.
I think a school can allow students to gather for a religious club, if the room is not being used or requested by any other group.
