guitar strap problem

i just got a BC rich bich LE guitar and its nice and all but i cant play it standing up cause where the strap knobs are it makes the guitar go flat horizontal...anyone have this problem,or have a solution?

adjust the strap?

nope..its were they're placed on the guitar,i might just redrill new holes.

no I mean adjust the size of the strap, if its too big that will happen

its all the way down,if u draw a straight like between strats,the guitar would be crooked but on this one it would be flat horizontal.
