I remember a while back when I used to play, I used to have this program that would convert pictures into sprays, I can't remember what it was called, can anyone help me here?

And I also remember there was this program that you can install that would bind a short audio clip, that would be playable over a microphone during game play, I can't remember what that was called either, does anyone know?

The spray program was WALLY. Google "Counter-Spray" and you get a website that has a guide on it on how to use wally.

I'm not sure about the binding program, but I know a crude way is to turn on the WHAT YOU HEAR option for your microphone then just play music and turn the mic on. I think...
