you press the print screen button right above the insert key. then you have to paste it in MS Paint or some program similar to that.

Print screen Key.. Paste into MSPAINT or photoshop.. dosnt madder.. save it as a JPEG to reduce file size... than as u write a post go to additional options(under the face icons) and click manage attachment.. Find ur file and upload it .. than click on the link to ur attachment.. copy that address and paste in in ur post..
