There are so many things that I can't do now because of my shoulder. I've dislocated it three times working out alone.

I think the name is Deltoid Flys. I fucking hate those. When I was kickboxing I had to do them all the time and they were a pain in the ass.

Same here. It sucks even more because they are so important for football, so you have to do them.

mine is long distance running.

i kill it over short distance, i clocked 6.8 seconds over 50m (54 yards) but anything over 500m and my chest starts to burn and i get that bloody taste in my throat. im an asthmatic too, that doesnt help

I hate working on my abs, I love doing any other kind of excersize but when it comes to abs I sometimes go into that fetal position to catch my breath after a good set, I explained that kind of shitty but im sure you understand what i mean

Squats. Its like someone is stabbing a knife in my knees. I'm trying to strengthen my quads, cause of my shitty knees, maybe I can start squating again....

arsenalfan, make sure you keep your elbows close together and near your body for tricep extensions. If you're still having trouble switch to something else like skull crushers. There are plenty of exercises for triceps. :)

Well my favorite is legpress. Nothing like the feeling of knowing you can do every single 45 in the room.

What I hate the most is fucking running, i cant stand the shit, and im good at it which makes it even worse. I ran track, and ALWAYS fucking hated it. I only liked doing the stupid stuff like long jump and doing standing long jumps for fun, 115 inches was my longest while standing.

Actually, what defines a sport is an activity that is physical and competitive. So Working Out isnt a sport, but Weight Lifting sure as hell is.

And I'd have to go with sit-ups and Leg Lifts. They are hard, and they take a hell of a long time to show results unless you are really skinny when you start.

I hate doing long distance lunges, especially when you have not exercised for a while. Leg elevations while you are laying down hurt a ton too. Pretty much any kind of endurance exercise on one specific muscles sucks tremendously.

Preacher curls. I can do any other bicep curl exercise pretty well but I always had problems with preacher curls. I do my warmup set, then add a little bit more weight and I'm completely done after about 4 reps.

long distance running

I ran cross country and track for 3 years and it's so hard and gives so little. Now I lift weights and it's about 10000000x easier with much more benefit imo. Lifting weights all the way!

yup long distance running sucks

But sprinting up and down a basketball court about 10 times is the worst

Squats. I can't fucking stand them. SO many bad things happened to me when I was squatting. I switched to leg press a few weeks ago.
