The Brooklyn arena that is being developed for the Nets, is going to be named Barclays Arena. It doesn't sound all that great, but they were the top bidder. It is rumoured to be worth close to $400 million dollars over 20 years. That is the most for an indoor arena in the U.S. It's a great deal, considering the team was bought for only $300 million a couple of years ago. The arena should be complete before 2010. I live pretty close to the Atlantic Yards, where the development is taking place. In total, its going to be a $4 billion dollar project. Link... http://www.nba.com/nba_news/nets_arena_060718.html
