I remember a while back somone signed up and their first post was asking to be a mod so they could clean up the forums because they thought the current mods werent doing a good job.

Bazookaman: You have to be an established, well respected member and someone who contributes to the forum before even being considered for the mod position. Yoi just cant sign up and think that you'd become a mod. Who knows. Reason for you not becoming a mod:
Maybe on your first day you go on a mass banning spree deleting thread spree etc. etc. Who knows if you could be trusted. I sure as hell wouldant trust a mod who just signed up and has less than ten posts.
