I keep losing because there's one country that closes their airport, so there's no way for it to get infected.

I first spent my points on reducing the harm the virus causes to a normal cough or something (it doesn't take deaths then). Then, I wanted to increase the chance of it spreading, by eventually ticking all 'transmission' boxes. Then, as soon as there's atleast one person in every zone infected, you start ticking all boxes of lethality. It feels great changing a sneeze to necrosis, immune system failure, and organ failure.

Well, this is the way I do it. Get organ failure and immune system asap. Then get rid of all the stupid little ones like cough sneeze ect. Then get all the things that make it survive except for the human only. Then add on all the other symptoms it can do. I beat it with over 100 days left.
