Gridlock level 13

I have beaten this before but i forgot how and have been doing it for the past like 30 minutes. does anybody have a step by step walkthrough for me?

It took me one hour to get to level 31. If you spent 30 minutes on it, you shoulda won :\

I just beat it in 1 min, you just gotta get that 2nd block on the top, the one that goes horizontally to the way right, and leave the other one at the way left
