Xbox/Xbox 360 question

Is there any way to take your saves from your orginal xbox and move them to the 360?

If you have them saved on a memory card and put them in another XBox i think

get an xsata for your 360
get a datel action replay for your xbox

save xbox game to memory card of action replay then connect to pc transfer to desktop then pull across onto xsata for your 360
